Billing schedule and payment terms

- First payment required at application: the non-refundable registration fee plus the first month's tuition (September) are due at the time of application to initiate processing.

For the 2026/27 registration process, monthly tuition payments are collected October through June via Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) or the school's chosen monthly collection method. - Late payment charge: a CAD 50 late fee will be applied for late payments; late fees are invoiced and debited with the next month's tuition.
- NSF / returned-payment fee: CAD 50 per NSF transaction. Persistent non-payment may result in cancellation of services.
- Withdrawal: a written withdrawal request must be sent to the school's accounting address; one calendar month's notice is required (request must be received by the first day of the month to take effect for the following month). Service fees for a month already in effect are not refundable.
