The British College of Brazil - Chácara Flora

The British College of Brazil is a British international school for ages 2 to 18, with two São Paulo campuses, Cidade Jardim and Chácara Flora. The school follows a British curriculum framework beginning with EYFS, continues through IPC and Cambridge IGCSE, and offers the IB Diploma in the secondary years, complemented by a Bespoke Curriculum to meet student needs. In Early Years and Primary, English and Portuguese are taught bilingually, while Secondary students study English, Portuguese, and Spanish, supporting multilingual communication across the curriculum. The Juilliard curriculum informs music, drama, and dance, and Maker Lab and STEAM laboratories enable hands-on, project-based learning. A university counsellor provides one-on-one guidance for university applications and career planning. Class sizes range from about 16 to 18 students per class, and a 10:1 student-teacher ratio supports personalized attention. The campus culture emphasises collaboration, inquiry, and practical exploration across academics, arts, and sport for curious learners.
