History
Dual International School originated in 2009 in Joinville to meet the region's demand for high-standard, internationally oriented education. The project was very successful in Joinville, and in 2014 the Florianópolis campus began operations to meet the community's desire for an excellent school. In 2016, the Blumenau campus began activities with the same objective. We are the only IB World School in Florianópolis and Blumenau, and we are part of the Bahema group. Bahema Investments has more than 60 years in the market with a track record of success across sectors and is building a Brazilian education group, believing that institutions that foster critical thinking and global engagement will be increasingly relevant.

Community
We understand that family involvement with the school is fundamental for a more humane and complete education for our children and adolescents. Our calendar of events is designed to generate interaction, bringing content and fun to our entire community. Family Day brings generations together for activities for parents and children to do together, with challenges and lots of fun.
