Introduction

Admissions

1. Parents may visit the SIS Reception area to begin the enrolment application. They must present the original Birth Certificate, Immunisation Records, and any Court Custody papers so copies can be made for school records. The enrolment documents should be ready for verification and submission. 2. An appointment will be made with the Principal and a short assessment of the child will follow the submission of the enrolment application. Students will be assessed by professional staff and invited to join following a successful interview or entrance test. Parents receive feedback on their child's progress. 3. Application forms can be collected from the admission office on all working days between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm. The school does not accept donations or any other payment except school fees and other charges plus VAT (if applicable). Sydney International School uses a rolling admission system; most new students join at the start of the year in July, but admissions occur throughout the year if a vacant seat is available.
