Fees
Application / Admission fees
- Scholastica charges an Admission Fee at the time of enrolment. The Admission Fee is divided into two parts: an administrative Admission portion (non‑refundable) and a Security Deposit.

Security deposit and refund rules
- The Security Deposit is refundable when a student leaves the school provided the school's refund conditions are met. If a student leaves without any notice the enrolment may be cancelled after two months and the Security Deposit may be forfeited; students who leave in July or August may be eligible for refund under the school's stated conditions. The Admission portion of the fee is not refundable.

Tuition fees (structure by year group / term)
- Scholastica charges a single annual tuition fee rather than separate recurring “development” charges. The school offers flexibility in how that single annual tuition is paid (monthly or by other instalment schedules offered by the school). Specific numeric tuition amounts by year group, per term or per year are not published as a public itemised fee table on the school's fee pages; tuition is therefore recorded as an annual charge with available instalment options.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school operates a flexible billing model for the single annual tuition: parents may select from the payment schedules the school offers (including monthly payments or other instalment arrangements where available). Tuition and other payable charges are collected at the campus fee‑collection booths and through the school's authorised payment channels. Late‑payment rules and instalment deadlines are set by the school and provided to parents at enrolment and on fee notices.

Payment methods and payment locations
- Accepted payment methods include cash and credit card payments at on‑campus fee collection booths (Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Uttara and Mirpur campuses are listed as collection points). The school also provides provisions for automatic bill payment through parents' bank accounts or credit cards and maintains an online payment facility for authorised payments. Parents are given the school's billing instructions and account details when completing enrolment.

Boarding / hostel fees
- Scholastica's publicly described services emphasise day‑school provision with transport services for students; no boarding or hostel fee schedule is listed in the school's public fee material. Transport is provided as an additional, optional service through Scholastica Transport Services (STS).

Other costs and typical additional charges
- Textbooks and stationery: these can be purchased through the school bookshop for an additional fee; charges vary by class and are provided as separate items (not bundled into the single annual tuition).
- Transport: air‑conditioned bus service is provided by the school's transport unit (STS) for applicable year groups; transport charges are additional and vary by route.
- Canteen / meals and ad hoc activity charges: cafeteria and canteen services operate on campus and any optional program trips or out‑of‑town excursions may incur extra charges.
- Uniforms and ID cards: the school runs campus services (bookshop / fee booth) that supply school‑related items; any charges for uniforms, ID cards, or specific activity kits are charged separately.

Refund information (tuition, deposits and other fees)
- The Admission portion of the Admission Fee is non‑refundable. The Security Deposit is refundable if a student leaves under the school's specified conditions (timing and administrative requirements apply). Refund timing and the exact conditions for refund are defined in the school's Student‑Parent Handbook and admissions documentation. For students who leave without notice, the Security Deposit may be forfeited after two months. Refunds for other categories (for example term tuition already paid) follow the school's internal refund and credit policy as set out to parents.

How fees are presented to parents at enrolment
- Fees are presented as a single annual tuition charge plus any one‑time or optional charges (Admission Fee split into Admission + Security Deposit, bookshop/textbook charges, transport, activity trips, uniforms, etc.). Payment schedules, instalment due dates, and the school's refund conditions are supplied to parents during the admissions or re‑enrolment process.

Contact and practical notes for payments (Gulshan campus)
- Fee payments are accepted at campus fee‑collection booths (Gulshan campus is listed among collection locations). The Admissions Office and campus accounts staff provide detailed invoices, instalment schedules and authorised account details for electronic or card payments. The school publishes an online payment facility for tuition and related charges.
