- The Admission Fee (administration portion) is non-refundable.
- The Security Deposit is refundable after a student leaves the school if the school's refund conditions are met; the deposit may be forfeited if enrolment is cancelled without notice or if the student leaves after the school's permitted refund period. Specific refund conditions are set out in the school's Student‑Parent Handbook.

Tuition fees (model and billing)
- Scholastica charges a single annual tuition fee rather than separate yearly development charges. Parents are offered flexibility in how that annual tuition is paid (for example, by annual payment or by instalments).
- The school's published information does not provide an itemised numeric fee schedule by year group or term on its public fee pages; payment structures are described as flexible and available on request from Admissions.

Tuition billing schedule and payment terms
- The annual tuition can be paid using flexible arrangements; the school accepts payment in instalments and provides options for recurring automatic bill payments through bank or credit card arrangements. Exact instalment schedules and due dates are provided directly to parents at admission or via the school's fee communications.
- Tuition and other fee payments can be made in person at the school's collection booths (Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Mirpur and Uttara campuses) and through the school's available payment channels. Parents should expect the school to provide the precise due dates and instalment options when fees are billed.

- The school also supports automatic recurring payments through parents' bank accounts or credit cards for convenience and recurring instalments. An online payment facility is linked from the school's admissions/payment information.

- Security Card and Student ID Card are provided by the school as part of normal enrolment processes; textbooks and stationery can be purchased through the school for an additional charge that varies by class. Purchase of textbooks and stationery through the school is optional and intended as a convenience.
- Transport (school bus) is offered from Class I upwards and any bus/transport charges are charged separately to tuition. Canteen services are provided at senior campuses and are billed or paid separately as applicable.
- There are no general yearly development charges; the school states there are no charges for regular field trips, after‑school clubs, sports facilities, swimming, library, computer lab or science lab within normal school programming (only voluntary out‑of‑town trips may incur extra charges).

Uniforms, exam and assessment charges
- An itemised public price list for uniforms is not published in the school's public fee pages; any uniform costs, exam registration charges (for external exams such as Cambridge O/A Levels) or optional programme fees are communicated to parents through admission or student communications and are charged separately where applicable.

Refund information
- The Admission Fee (administrative portion) is non-refundable. The Security Deposit is refundable subject to the school's refund policy and conditions; deposits may be forfeited if students leave after the school's permitted refund period or without proper notice.
