The campus provides subject- and age-appropriate classrooms, science and computer laboratories, a library and resource centres, and spaces for fine arts, music and dance with practice booths. The Commons hosts dining and music and drama performances. The Aga Khan Curricular Strands—Ethics, Pluralism, Cultures (Muslim civilisations emphasis), Governance and Civil Society, Economics for Development—are woven through the curriculum to foster inquiry, collaboration and responsible leadership. Billing schedule and payment terms

- On first joining: parents must pay the admission fee (non‑refundable), the tuition fee, and the caution money deposit (refundable) in advance and prior to the student attending the Academy.

- Invoicing and accepted payment methods: tuition and transport fees are invoiced and payable via BEFTN (electronic bank transfer) or direct deposit at the bank. Parents using BEFTN must send the payment receipt to finance.dhaka@agakhanacademies.org every time a payment is made so the Academy can credit the student account.

- Due dates and late payment: payments made after the invoice due date are considered late and will attract a late‑payment penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance at the end of the month. The Academy will send two reminders for overdue fees; continued non-payment leads to progressive administrative actions (removal from ManageBac, suspension from classes, then de-enrolment).

Withdrawals and refunds

- Admission fee: one-time admission fee is non-refundable.

- Caution deposit: refundable; claims must be submitted in writing within one year of leaving the Academy. The Academy may set off outstanding dues against the deposit.

- Refund/charge schedule for withdrawal notice:
- Parents must send notice of withdrawal for the beginning of the next academic year by 3 March of the current academic year; if the communication is received after 31 March, the withdrawing student's full first‑term fee for the next academic year must be paid.
- If a withdrawal is to take place in the middle of the academic year, the Academy requires 90 days' written notice prior to the beginning of the next term. If notice is not received 90 days before the next term, the following charges apply: 60–89 days before the start of the next term — charged 25% of the next term's fees; 30–59 days — charged 50% of the next term's fees; less than 30 days — charged 75% of the next term's fees. No refund on the next term's fee is given after the start of that term.

- De-enrolment or expulsion: no fees are refunded except for the caution money deposit.
