Admissions

1. Admission form is obtained from the office on the announced dates between 08:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on all working days. The registration fee of BD 10.000 is paid at the time of obtaining the form. The form is completed with the candidate's information and submitted as part of the admission process. 2. Duly filled Registration Form with all the necessary documents is submitted in the office on or before the given date. Documents include Copy of Birth Certificate, Copy of Medical Certificate showing vaccination, Last Year's Progress Report (from class II onwards), Transfer/School Leaving Certificate (from class II onwards). Copy of candidate's passport and CPR for the candidate and parents, Attestation of the Transfer/School Leaving Certificate, and endorsements from CBSE, MOFA Bahrain, and Local Notary are also required. The documents must be submitted to complete the registration. 3. After verification, the candidate will be provided with the admission test date along with the portion for the concerned class. The test is administered to assess eligibility for the class. The candidate should prepare for the written test according to the class portion. The school will inform test details during verification. 4. If the candidate qualifies the written test, he/she shall appear for an interview. The interview is conducted as part of the admission process. The candidate attends the interview on the scheduled date. Results of the interview determine eligibility for admission. 5. On qualifying the interview the other formalities are to be completed such as payment of the fee on the given date. The admission fee and other charges are settled at that time. The school may require additional documentation or verifications prior to enrollment. 6. Transportation facility is available; a separate request form must be submitted by the parent to avail the facility.
