Seaford North Primary School is a government co-educational primary school in Seaford, Victoria. It teaches the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Australian Curriculum, and is an authorised IB World School. English is a core subject across all year levels with two hours daily, and German is offered as a LOTE. It integrates ICT and digital learning across the curriculum and emphasises inquiry-based learning and international-mindedness. Located on grounds in a bay-side suburb near the Seaford-Edithvale Wetlands, the school opened in 1969. The science program offers specialist classes from Foundation to Year 6, using wetlands and the beach for investigations. Visual Art is taught weekly in a dedicated space, and Mandarin Chinese is taught across the school as the LOTE. Wellbeing programs include The Resilience Project and cross-age buddy initiatives, with breakfast and lunch-time clubs.
