- Visa refusal: refund of tuition and non-tuition fees paid, minus the lesser of AUD 500 or 5% of the amount of tuition and non-tuition fees, subject to the ESOS refund calculation instrument.
- Cancellation by the provider before commencement or failure to deliver the course: refund of fees paid (tuition and accommodation) or unspent tuition fees as required by Australian law.

Admissions
1. QACI is a selective-entry senior high school for Years 10–12 offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
