Tuition fees by year level (per term / per year)
- There are no tuition fees charged for instruction in the standard curriculum at any year level (Foundation/Prep to Year 6). Voluntary and user‑pays items may be requested separately (see sections below).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Where the school issues parent payment requests for essential items, optional items or voluntary contributions, payments are billed on the basis described in each individual notice (for example: one-off charges, instalment options, or per-activity finalisation dates). Consent forms or notices for camps, excursions and optional activities include a stated payment amount and final payment date. Families who have not finalised user‑pays items by the stated date may not be permitted to attend the activity unless exceptional circumstances are approved.
- Payment methods accepted include online payments via the school's parent portal (Compass), BPAY, Centrepay deductions for eligible families, EFTPOS/credit-card at the school office, and cash or cheque where specified. Part‑payments or payment plans are commonly available through Compass or by arrangement with the Business Manager. Specific billing dates, instalment options and any family‑specific account references are provided on each school invoice or activity consent notice.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. Kingsville Primary School operates as a local government primary school and does not provide boarding services; therefore there are no boarding fees.

Other costs and typical charges
