Billing schedule and payment terms
- El contrato es anual y se divide en 10 cuotas mensuales. Los vencimientos operan el día 10 de cada mes, de marzo a diciembre inclusive. Las cuotas son indivisibles respecto de la asistencia.
- Plazos de matrícula y descuentos: existe una bonificación por pago anticipado de matrícula (25% en el primer plazo señalado) y alternativa de pago en 3 cheques (equivalente a 8% de descuento); se aplica un recargo del 5% si la matrícula se abona fuera del período establecido. La institución fija plazos concretos para cada opción de descuento.
- Descuentos por hermanos: 2° hijo 10%; 3° hijo 30%; 4° hijo 60%; 5° hijo 80%; a partir del 6° hijo 100% sobre los Aranceles Programáticos. Estos descuentos no se aplican a la matrícula ni a alumnos de Sala de 2 años. Existe además una bonificación especial del 25% para el Nivel Inicial que se inscriba en el turno tarde (aplica a matrícula y cuota mensual del nivel inicial según lo indicado).

Late payment, penalties y consecuencias por mora
- Recargo administrativo por mora: 5% sobre el total mensual liquidado. Tras el vencimiento del mes se aplicará interés diario equivalente a la tasa que perciba el Banco de la Nación Argentina por operaciones ordinarias de descuento de documentos comerciales. Si la deuda persiste por dos meses, se suspenderán descuentos, becas o bonificaciones y la institución podrá condicionar la concurrencia o permanencia del alumno.

Boarding (internado)
- No aplica. No se consignan tarifas de alojamiento ni prestación de servicios de pensión/board; la información tarifaria corresponde exclusivamente a aranceles de enseñanza, matrícula y conceptos extra.

Otros costos y cargos adicionales
- Los aranceles mensuales cubren la enseñanza general. No incluyen derechos de exámenes internacionales, viajes especiales o programas optativos, clases o actividades especiales, ni el suministro de artículos de librería y otros extras; esos conceptos se facturan por separado en el momento de cada actividad. El uso del uniforme reglamentario es obligatorio; el costo del uniforme y el de materiales/kit de librería se abonan aparte cuando corresponda.

Refunds / devoluciones
- Matrícula / Re-inscripción: se reintegrará el total abonado por matrícula siempre que la renuncia o desistimiento se notifique por escrito antes del 31 de diciembre del año indicado en las condiciones publicadas; vencido ese plazo, no se reintegra suma alguna. Si la no matrícula o re-inscripción se decide por parte del Colegio, la suma abonada será devuelta en su totalidad. (Fechas y plazos específicos y su vigencia están establecidos en las condiciones de matriculación vigentes).

Formas de pago aceptadas
- No se aceptan pagos en efectivo. Formas autorizadas:
- Pago en el colegio con cheques (propios y/o de terceros).
- Débito automático en caja de ahorro o cuenta corriente (solicitar con administración).
- Transferencia o depósito bancario (se consignan cuentas del Banco Galicia y Banco BBVA con CBU para identificar pagos). Para identificar correctamente la transferencia se exige remitir comprobante con nombre del pagador.
