Thames British School Warsaw accepts students aged 2.5 to 18 years old and conducts admissions throughout the year. The admissions process consists of six steps: 1) Complete the Enquiry Form to begin the process. 2) Book an appointment to meet the Admissions Officer, Leadership Team, and teachers to receive comprehensive information; visits to the campus or online meetings are available. 3) Submit the documents required by the Admissions Team. 4) Undergo Interviews, Trial Sessions, and Assessments: Pre-School and Primary (Year 1–Year 6) require an informal interview with the child and a 1–2 day trial session; Secondary (Year 7–Year 9) requires an online written English language test and an informal interview (a trial day may be arranged); High School – IGCSE (Year 10–Year 11) requires an online English language test and an interview; High School – IB DP or A Levels (Year 12–Year 13) requires an online English language test, an interview, and a meeting with the High School Principal or the IB DP/A Level Coordinator. Contracts signed by the end of April include the current tuition fees; contracts signed later will be based on the new rates for the 2026/2027 school year. Open Days are offered to learn about the school. For Pre-IB, candidates take English, Mathematics, and Polish (for native Polish speakers) and participate in an English-language oral interview. For IB DP, candidates take Mathematics and English (English B and English A) and participate in an English-language oral interview; in the final stage, the choice of HL subjects is verified based on grades, an interview, an assignment or an exam, with an individual approach to the candidate.

Scholarships
Thames British School offers two scholarship tracks for Upper Secondary (IGCSE) and IB Diploma Programmes: Academic Scholarship and Outstanding Merit Scholarship. Scholarships are awarded to Year 10 and Year 12 candidates who demonstrate excellent capacity through entrance examinations and the scholarship admission process. Entrance requirements include a minimum 80% in Mathematics and CEFR English at level C1. There are five scholarships awarded each year: one 100%, two 75%, and two 50% discounts on the yearly school fees. Thames Primary School alumni may also apply. Scholarships are valid for two academic years and recipients must maintain high academic results, good behaviour, and at least 90% attendance; eligibility is reviewed by a committee, and results must be certified by June 30 for continuation.
