Fees
Fees
Fee details
Fee details
Application & one‑time admission fees - Application fee: an application/registration payment is collected through the school's online application portal at the time of applying; the portal shows an Application Fee field but a public amount for the application fee is not published. - Admission fee (one‑time, non‑recurring): INR 10,000 per student.
Per‑term / instalment examples (illustrative calculations) - The tuition figures above are published as annual amounts. The per‑term numbers shown below are simple arithmetic divisions of the published annual tuition to illustrate common billing options (two, three or four instalments). These per‑term figures are examples, not a published billing schedule. - Prep / Prep1 & Prep2 (annual INR 176,000): - 2 instalments (semester): INR 88,000 per instalment. - 3 instalments (trimester): INR 58,667 per instalment (rounded). - 4 instalments (quarterly): INR 44,000 per instalment. - Grade 1–5 (annual INR 192,000): - 2 instalments: INR 96,000 per instalment. - 3 instalments: INR 64,000 per instalment. - 4 instalments: INR 48,000 per instalment. - Grade 6–10 (annual INR 200,000): - 2 instalments: INR 100,000 per instalment. - 3 instalments: INR 66,667 per instalment (rounded). - 4 instalments: INR 50,000 per instalment.
Billing schedule and payment terms - The published fee document lists annual tuition amounts; no fixed public schedule of term dates, instalment due‑dates, late‑fee penalties, or discount conditions is published in the fee sheet. The school uses an online admissions/fee portal for payments and invoicing; instalment options and exact due dates are handled through the school's fee/invoice system and at the school's discretion.
Boarding / hostel fees - No boarding or hostel fee schedule is published for the Whitefield campus in the school's published fee document. Boarding/hostel charges are therefore not applicable or not published for the Whitefield campus in the provided fee sheet.
Other costs and recurring charges - The published fee sheet does not list amounts for transport (school bus), uniform, learning kits, books, meals/cafeteria, activity/annual charges, examination or board‑registration fees, security/caution deposits, or optional co‑curricular charges. These additional costs are typically charged separately by many schools but no numeric values for such items are published in the school's fee document.
Refund information - A government condition appearing on the school's public documents states that if a student leaves the school due to parental transfer, health reasons, or death before the end of the session, a pro‑rata return of quarterly/term/annual fees should be made. This indicates that pro‑rata refunds for unused tuition are required under the applicable regulatory condition cited in the school's public documents. Exact refund mechanics, timelines, and which fees (tuition vs. one‑time deposits) are refundable should be confirmed with the school's accounts office.
Fee payment options - The school's application and fee system is implemented on a common Indian school payment/ERP portal that supports online fee collection; the portal provides parents the ability to pay fees online and to view invoices. The portal technology used by the school (MyClassboard) supports typical non‑cash modes including debit/credit card and internet banking, and is commonly integrated with payment gateways. Parents can pay application and fee invoices via the online portal; cheque/bank transfers or campus payment options may also be supported at the school's discretion.
Brief summary of findings and remaining fee items not published - The school's published fee document provides the one‑time Admission fee (INR 10,000) and annual tuition amounts for Prep, Prep1/2, Grades 1–5 and Grades 6–10 for the 2025–26 academic year. It does not publish an itemised schedule for transport, uniform, meals, activity/annual development fees, security deposits or boarding fees for the Whitefield campus. Instalment schedules, exact due dates, late‑fee rules and the numeric value (if any) of an application fee are not shown in the published fee sheet and are managed through the school's admissions/fee portal and accounts office.
Fee details
Application / Admission Fee - An admission fee is required to block a student's seat; this payment must be made within one week of the school confirming a place.
Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year) - The school does not publish a public, itemised tuition schedule by year group or per-term/per-year amounts on its publicly available admissions or curriculum pages. Parents should expect that a formal tuition schedule is provided by the admissions office at the time of offer.
Billing schedule and payment terms - The academic year runs from July to May. Specific billing schedules (for example: termly, semesterly or annual invoices), due dates, late‑payment penalties and detailed payment terms are not published in a public fee schedule. The school requires the admission fee to be paid to hold a seat within one week of offer.
Boarding fees - Valistus operates as a day school and does not list boarding provisions; boarding fees are therefore not applicable.
Other compulsory or regularly charged costs - Meals: Food is mandatory for all students; the school provides a campus-prepared vegetarian menu (eggs included). The school's public pages note meals are mandatory but do not state whether meal charges are included in tuition or billed separately. - Extended day-care: Extended day-care for early years (EY1 and EY2) is available until 2:50 p.m.; additional charges apply for extended day-care. The exact additional charge is not published. - Transport: Optional AC bus transport with GPS tracking, CCTV and attendants is available and is charged separately; specific route fees and rates are not published. - Uniforms, textbooks, activity charges and other ancillary costs: The school confirms uniforms and other operational elements are determined by school policy, but no public price list for uniform, books, stationery, co-curricular activity fees, exam fees, or occasional event charges is published.
Refund information - Public pages do not publish a detailed refund or cancellation policy (for example: refunds of admission fees, tuition refunds for mid-year withdrawals, or notice-period conditions). Parents receive the school's specific fee and refund terms as part of the formal fee agreement at enrolment.
Fee payment options - The school's public pages do not list accepted payment methods (bank transfer, credit card, online gateway, cheques, UPI or other). Payment method details are provided to parents through admissions and the school office.
Other published programme fees - The Valistus PDQ Centre (teacher professional development courses run by the school) publishes programme fees: Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching & Learning (CICTL) ₹105,000 and Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching & Learning (CIDTL) ₹155,000. These are separate from student tuition and are listed with their amounts.
Summary of availability - The school confirms the need to pay an admission fee to block a seat, the academic calendar (July–May), that meals are mandatory, that extended day-care and transport are chargeable services, and that the school does not offer boarding. However, a public, itemised tuition schedule (per year group and per term), published billing timetable, payment methods, uniform and ancillary price lists, and refund terms are not available on the school's public admissions or curriculum pages. Parents are provided the full fee schedule and contract terms directly by the admissions office at offer or on request.
