Admissions

Admissions 1. School Visit: Pathways School Noida welcomes visits by appointment with the Head of Admissions & Communication to discuss with or without your child. 2. Application: Parents provide information honestly on the admission application form. Adverse information will not automatically bar admission and can help create a suitable environment; wrong information or concealment discovered later may lead to cancellation. 3. Interaction: The interaction is pleasant and non-intimidating and is normally conducted by the Head of Admissions, School Director, and the respective Principal. We seek to learn about the child's educational development, language use, social skills, academic enthusiasm, and extra-curricular interests; applicants should bring examples of schoolwork and, for primary candidates, a book they are currently reading. 4. Admissions during the year: Admissions during the year allow parents to register at any time. An interaction is scheduled when a place becomes available. 5. Admission: On being offered admission, pay the one-time admission fee and a refundable security deposit within two weeks to secure admission; the student is issued a unique Student ID. Parents also fill and submit various forms and declarations with the admissions acceptance letter. 6. Pre Term: The Pre-Term Program is a 6- to 8-week program for students transferring from CBSE/ICSE and other boards. It commences in April, aims to close academic and cultural gaps, and seats are limited on a first-come basis. | Admissions Step 1: Submit online enquiry. The enquiry form is submitted online. The Admissions counsellor will respond within 24 hours of submission, with exceptions on Sundays and national holidays. The counsellor provides information about the admission process and next steps to start the enrollment journey. Step 2: Admissions counselling and school tour. The Admissions Counsellor supports families through the admission process, answers queries, and arranges a physical or virtual tour of Prometheus School. The counselling helps families understand programme options, entry requirements, and timelines. The school tour offers an overview of classrooms, facilities, and daily routines to help assess fit. Step 3: Application Form. After the interaction with the counsellor, an application form is sent by email. Upon submission, the Admissions counsellor will reach out to schedule an interaction with the Programme Coordinator or Principal. The interaction provides an opportunity to discuss the applicant's goals and suitability while confirming any required documents. Step 4: Interaction with the programme coordinator & submission of documents. The Programme Coordinator/Principal will meet with the child and the parent. Parents must submit all relevant documents to the Admissions counsellor. Documents typically include identity proofs, birth certificate, previous school records, and other requested forms. Step 5: Admission notification. After the interaction, admission notifications are issued via email. Families receive details about the outcome and next steps for enrollment. If offered, there are instructions regarding enrollment timelines and any conditions. Step 6: Fee submission. Admission is confirmed after the school fee is submitted. The fee schedule and payment methods are provided by the admissions team. Upon receipt of payment, enrollment is finalized and onboarding information is shared. |
