One‑off charges such as field trips, specialist lessons, external exam fees and similar items are billed separately when applicable. Billing schedule and payment terms - The school follows a three‑term fee cycle aligned to the academic calendar. Fees for each term must be paid by the due date for that term; published guidance shows a three‑term schedule with dues aligned to the March, July and November term cycle and term fees required by the 20th of the respective month or earlier. A late payment penalty is applied for overdue fees (published penalty example: 3% per month on outstanding amounts). - The admissions process requires payment of the term fee to confirm a new admission once assessments and interviews are complete. Boarding fees (if applicable) - The Whitefield campus is operated as a day school; no residential/boarding fee schedule is published for the Whitefield campus. (Boarding / boarding fee entries are not part of the published Whitefield fee schedule.) Other costs and typical additional charges - Uniforms: students must wear the school uniform; uniform items are required and introduced by the school for the academic year. Uniforms are purchased separately. - Books, stationery, device requirements and any required technology (e.g., laptop specifications) are separate costs; the school publishes device specifications for students and notes that certain items (laptops/devices) must meet school requirements. After‑school activities, specialist tuition and certain one‑off excursion or assessment charges are extra and billed as applicable. Refund information - The admission deposit is described as refundable. The school's published admissions/FAQ guidance notes that refunds can be considered for recent admissions in certain circumstances; refund and withdrawal terms for fees are governed by the school's contract/fee policy and the student contract. Parents should note the school applies its refund/withdrawal provisions as set out in the school contract and fee policy. Fee payment options and instalments - The school accepts online card payments and other electronic payment methods for application and initial fee payments. The school publishes options for term‑wise or annual payment and operates a three‑term instalment cycle. Payment methods referenced in admissions materials include debit/credit card and online payment/UPI; international OWIS materials also reference payment channels such as Stripe, virtual account transfers, cheque/cashier's order or local e‑GIRO arrangements where available for specific campuses. Practical notes for parents (fees‑only focus) - Tuition and recurring optional charges (transport and meals) are billed per term; plan for three term payments per academic year. - A refundable admission deposit (INR 25,000) is collected at admission. - After‑school activities, field trips, devices, uniforms and specialist lessons are additional to term tuition and are charged separately. - Late payments incur a published penalty (example shown: 3% per month on outstanding balances). Per‑term / instalment examples (illustrative calculations) - The tuition figures above are published as annual amounts. The per‑term numbers shown below are simple arithmetic divisions of the published annual tuition to illustrate common billing options (two, three or four instalments). These per‑term figures are examples, not a published billing schedule. - Prep / Prep1 & Prep2 (annual INR 176,000): - 2 instalments (semester): INR 88,000 per instalment. - 3 instalments (trimester): INR 58,667 per instalment (rounded). - 4 instalments (quarterly): INR 44,000 per instalment. - Grade 1–5 (annual INR 192,000): - 2 instalments: INR 96,000 per instalment. - 3 instalments: INR 64,000 per instalment. - 4 instalments: INR 48,000 per instalment. - Grade 6–10 (annual INR 200,000): - 2 instalments: INR 100,000 per instalment. - 3 instalments: INR 66,667 per instalment (rounded). - 4 instalments: INR 50,000 per instalment. Billing schedule and payment terms - The published fee document lists annual tuition amounts; no fixed public schedule of term dates, instalment due‑dates, late‑fee penalties, or discount conditions is published in the fee sheet. The school uses an online admissions/fee portal for payments and invoicing; instalment options and exact due dates are handled through the school's fee/invoice system and at the school's discretion. Boarding / hostel fees - No boarding or hostel fee schedule is published for the Whitefield campus in the school's published fee document. Boarding/hostel charges are therefore not applicable or not published for the Whitefield campus in the provided fee sheet. Other costs and recurring charges - The published fee sheet does not list amounts for transport (school bus), uniform, learning kits, books, meals/cafeteria, activity/annual charges, examination or board‑registration fees, security/caution deposits, or optional co‑curricular charges. These additional costs are typically charged separately by many schools but no numeric values for such items are published in the school's fee document. Refund information - A government condition appearing on the school's public documents states that if a student leaves the school due to parental transfer, health reasons, or death before the end of the session, a pro‑rata return of quarterly/term/annual fees should be made. This indicates that pro‑rata refunds for unused tuition are required under the applicable regulatory condition cited in the school's public documents. Exact refund mechanics, timelines, and which fees (tuition vs. one‑time deposits) are refundable should be confirmed with the school's accounts office. Fee payment options - The school's application and fee system is implemented on a common Indian school payment/ERP portal that supports online fee collection; the portal provides parents the ability to pay fees online and to view invoices. The portal technology used by the school (MyClassboard) supports typical non‑cash modes including debit/credit card and internet banking, and is commonly integrated with payment gateways. Parents can pay application and fee invoices via the online portal; cheque/bank transfers or campus payment options may also be supported at the school's discretion. Brief summary of findings and remaining fee items not published - The school's published fee document provides the one‑time Admission fee (INR 10,000) and annual tuition amounts for Prep, Prep1/2, Grades 1–5 and Grades 6–10 for the 2025–26 academic year. It does not publish an itemised schedule for transport, uniform, meals, activity/annual development fees, security deposits or boarding fees for the Whitefield campus. Instalment schedules, exact due dates, late‑fee rules and the numeric value (if any) of an application fee are not shown in the published fee sheet and are managed through the school's admissions/fee portal and accounts office. |
