In September 1995 the school moved to a 9-acre site with purpose-built classrooms, and an administration block was added. The school expanded into A Level in 2000 and today has close to 800 pupils ranging from 2.5 years old to university entrance level. RISU follows the National Curriculum for England with a broad, holistic programme that emphasizes mathematics, science, English and ICT, while also teaching humanities, arts and physical education.
