Boarding fees - Boarding fees are not applicable: Jain Heritage School is operated as a day / day‑boarding school; published school materials describe the school as a day‑boarding institution rather than a residential (boarding) campus. No separate residential/hostel fee band is published for the campuses reviewed. Other costs and mandatory charges - One‑time admission / registration charges and an admission confirmation amount are shown in the published fee booklets (examples: seat‑blocking INR 15,000; admission confirmation deposits such as INR 50,000 in flexible‑plan examples). Supplies, books and uniform charges are billed on actuals at the time of admission and are additional to tuition; those charges are shown as non‑refundable in the fee notes. Food (meals) is mandatory for Grades 1–10 and is charged as per the fee schedule. Transport and optional activities are extra. Refund information and penalties - The application fee is non‑refundable under all circumstances. The fee notes published for the school state that one‑time admission fee paid is non‑refundable and that, in general, all fees once paid are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. The fee notes also set out staged non‑refundability and penalty timings for instalments (for example, first instalment non‑refundable after early April dates and second instalment non‑refundable after early September dates), together with specified penalty rules for overdue payments. Fee payment options - Published application instructions require payment of the application form by demand draft in favour of Jain Heritage School payable at Bangalore for the printed application forms. General school fee documents and business listings record common accepted payment modes, which include demand draft / cheque, cash, and school bill payments processed via the school's billing or ERP system; some local listings also note acceptance of electronic payments and card payments. Specific online / card payment acceptance for tuition is shown in some campus materials and third‑party listings. Parents are required to provide post‑dated cheques for instalment plans where specified. Summary statement - Annual tuition bands published for the Whitefield campus (examples): Pre‑primary annual totals commonly shown at INR 150,000; Primary/Lower grades annual totals commonly shown at INR 200,000, with transport, food and optional services charged separately and seat‑blocking/advance amounts required at admission. The school's published fee booklets include multiple payment scenarios (regular instalments, one‑time payment discounts, sibling discounts and flexible plans) and set out late‑payment penalties and non‑refund conditions. | Fee details Application & one‑time admission fees - Application fee: an application/registration payment is collected through the school's online application portal at the time of applying; the portal shows an Application Fee field but a public amount for the application fee is not published. - Admission fee (one‑time, non‑recurring): INR 10,000 per student. Tuition fees (published annual amounts by year group for the academic year 2025–26) - Prep (Pre‑primary): Tuition (annual) INR 176,000; Admission fee INR 10,000. - Prep 1 & Prep 2: Tuition (annual) INR 176,000; Admission fee INR 10,000. - Grade 1 – Grade 5: Tuition (annual) INR 192,000; Admission fee INR 10,000. - Grade 6 – Grade 10: Tuition (annual) INR 200,000; Admission fee INR 10,000. Per‑term / instalment examples (illustrative calculations) - The tuition figures above are published as annual amounts. The per‑term numbers shown below are simple arithmetic divisions of the published annual tuition to illustrate common billing options (two, three or four instalments). These per‑term figures are examples, not a published billing schedule. - Prep / Prep1 & Prep2 (annual INR 176,000): - 2 instalments (semester): INR 88,000 per instalment. - 3 instalments (trimester): INR 58,667 per instalment (rounded). - 4 instalments (quarterly): INR 44,000 per instalment. - Grade 1–5 (annual INR 192,000): - 2 instalments: INR 96,000 per instalment. - 3 instalments: INR 64,000 per instalment. - 4 instalments: INR 48,000 per instalment. - Grade 6–10 (annual INR 200,000): - 2 instalments: INR 100,000 per instalment. - 3 instalments: INR 66,667 per instalment (rounded). - 4 instalments: INR 50,000 per instalment. Billing schedule and payment terms - The published fee document lists annual tuition amounts; no fixed public schedule of term dates, instalment due‑dates, late‑fee penalties, or discount conditions is published in the fee sheet. The school uses an online admissions/fee portal for payments and invoicing; instalment options and exact due dates are handled through the school's fee/invoice system and at the school's discretion. Boarding / hostel fees - No boarding or hostel fee schedule is published for the Whitefield campus in the school's published fee document. Boarding/hostel charges are therefore not applicable or not published for the Whitefield campus in the provided fee sheet. Other costs and recurring charges - The published fee sheet does not list amounts for transport (school bus), uniform, learning kits, books, meals/cafeteria, activity/annual charges, examination or board‑registration fees, security/caution deposits, or optional co‑curricular charges. These additional costs are typically charged separately by many schools but no numeric values for such items are published in the school's fee document. Refund information - A government condition appearing on the school's public documents states that if a student leaves the school due to parental transfer, health reasons, or death before the end of the session, a pro‑rata return of quarterly/term/annual fees should be made. This indicates that pro‑rata refunds for unused tuition are required under the applicable regulatory condition cited in the school's public documents. Exact refund mechanics, timelines, and which fees (tuition vs. one‑time deposits) are refundable should be confirmed with the school's accounts office. Fee payment options - The school's application and fee system is implemented on a common Indian school payment/ERP portal that supports online fee collection; the portal provides parents the ability to pay fees online and to view invoices. The portal technology used by the school (MyClassboard) supports typical non‑cash modes including debit/credit card and internet banking, and is commonly integrated with payment gateways. Parents can pay application and fee invoices via the online portal; cheque/bank transfers or campus payment options may also be supported at the school's discretion. Brief summary of findings and remaining fee items not published - The school's published fee document provides the one‑time Admission fee (INR 10,000) and annual tuition amounts for Prep, Prep1/2, Grades 1–5 and Grades 6–10 for the 2025–26 academic year. It does not publish an itemised schedule for transport, uniform, meals, activity/annual development fees, security deposits or boarding fees for the Whitefield campus. Instalment schedules, exact due dates, late‑fee rules and the numeric value (if any) of an application fee are not shown in the published fee sheet and are managed through the school's admissions/fee portal and accounts office. |
