All tuition must be paid in Polish Zloty (PLN) by bank transfer; cash is not accepted and bank charges must be covered by the payer. Payments are made to an individually assigned bank account indicated in each student's Education Agreement. New campus, Center of International Education, opened in September 2016. It is located at Racławicka Street 101 in the south of Wroclaw and is considered one of the most modern school buildings in the country. The campus houses three schools—WIS, ATUT Bilingual Primary School, and International High School of Wroclaw—run by the Foundation of International Education. The usable area is 12,000 m2 over two floors, with outdoor sports grounds and a total footprint of about 2.1 hectares. Students use specialist labs (biology, chemistry, physics), large sport halls, humanities rooms, an international library with a reading room, a spacious auditorium, a theater hall, and a cafeteria; recess time is on a large patio or the sport court. Security is prioritized with round-the-clock monitoring.

WIS was established in 2002 as the first international school in south-western Poland. It is a not-for-profit school run by the Foundation of International Education (FEM), which also operates ATUT Bilingual Primary School and the International High School of Wroclaw. In September 2016, WIS began operating from a brand-new campus in Wrocław. Alumni can continue their IB education in the IB Diploma Programme at the International High School of Wroclaw.

3 simple steps to enroll Step 1. Submit Candidate Data Form. After initial approval, complete the Application Form along with other required documents. All documents should be sent by mail to the WIS Office or by email to the Admission Officer. Enrollment requires a non-refundable Application Fee; contact the school office for current fees. All documents must be in English; translations should be notarized.
Step 2. WIS administration reviews the application. Testing or screening may be arranged depending on submitted documents, the grade level, and language proficiency.
