ISH is an English-medium school with English as the language of instruction. English Language Support (ESOL) provides language support for students with limited English proficiency. In Elementary (Grades 1-5), ESOL is delivered either as Intensive (three 45-minute sessions per week, pull-out) or in mainstream classes; in Middle and Secondary (Grades 6-12), ESOL is delivered as Intensive (up to five lessons per week) or in mainstream, with support in English and other subjects such as science, geography and history.
Language provision
Languages taught include English, Sanskrit, Telugu, Hindi, Spanish, French, and Latin. The school offers IB programmes: Middle Years Programme for Grades 6 to 10 and Diploma Programme for Grades 11 to 12, with Primary Years Programme as a candidate. The CBSE Curriculum is offered.

ISH follows a rolling admissions policy and accepts applications year round. The admission process is five steps: Step 1 Inquire and Visit to learn about the curriculum, facilities and community; Step 2 Apply online through the provided online application system and complete six items: the online application form; two years of school reports with translations if applicable and grade transcripts for high school; psycho‑educational reports or ILPs/IEPs if relevant; copies of applicant and parent passports and Indian visa if not Indian; birth certificate and immunization records; the Admissions Character Reference form sent to the current school; and inform ISH of completion by email; Step 3 pay the one‑time nonrefundable registration fee; Step 4 an admissions meeting and review with the divisional principals, counsellor, admissions director and Head of School; Step 5 the admissions committee makes the final decision and informs you by official email, and if accepted, you pay the enrolment fee within 7 working days. The Admissions Office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and families may connect in person or online at any stage. ISH accepts applications throughout the year and the school year runs mid-August through mid-June.

Admission process consists of six steps: Enquiry, Appointment, Application, Assessment, Offer Letter, and Enrolment. Enquiry is completed via an online enquiry form and the admissions team will contact you with further details. An appointment is scheduled (virtual or in-person) where counselors explain the school vision and mission, brief on programs offered, and arrange a campus tour for parents. The application form is filled through the link provided by the counselor and the application fee is paid. After submission, students undergo an online placement test appropriate to their grade and participate in an interaction session with the Academic Coordinators; Grades 4–9 also require an assessment test. An offer letter is issued to students who meet the admission criteria. Enrollment is completed by accepting the offer, paying the confirmation amount, and submitting the required documents. Manchester Global School offers the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme and Middle Years Programme, and the Central Board of Secondary Education curriculum. Classes run from early years up to Grade X, with DP1 in IB and CBSE grades 4–9. The teacher-student ratio is 1:10 and the average class size is 25 students. The fee structure varies by curriculum, grade, and whether the student is a day scholar or a boarder. Meals are provided and transportation is available. Boarding facilities are offered.
