Fee details
|
Fee details Application / admission fees - IIS charges a one-time admission/application fee for new entrants. Published example amounts for the Mansarovar campus are: IGCSE admission fee: INR 45,000; CBSE admission fee: INR 25,000. Tuition fees by year group (published instalments; academic session shown below is the school's published 2025–26 international-wing schedule) - Fees are invoiced in four instalments per academic year. The figures below show the fee per instalment and the implied annual total (sum of four instalments) as published for the international wing (IIS World School) for the 2025–26 session. - Cambridge Primary (CPP — representative group shown as CPP-2 to CPP-5): Instalments: I = INR 31,000; II = INR 28,000; III = INR 28,000; IV = INR 28,000. Annual total (sum of instalments) ≈ INR 115,000. - Cambridge Lower Secondary (CLSP — Classes 6–8): Instalments: I = INR 31,200; II = INR 28,200; III = INR 28,200; IV = INR 28,200. Annual total ≈ INR 115,800. - Cambridge IGCSE (IGCSE Yr‑2 example): Instalments: I = INR 22,775; II = INR 20,775; III = INR 20,775; IV = INR 20,775. Annual total ≈ INR 85,100. - IB Diploma (IB Yr‑2 example): Instalments: I = INR 46,050; II = INR 44,050; III = INR 44,050; IV = INR 44,050. Annual total ≈ INR 178,200. Per‑term / per‑instalment presentation - The school presents tuition as four instalments (often described as quarters). The instalment amounts listed above are the amounts due at the start of each quarter; add the four instalments to calculate the full annual tuition shown. Billing schedule and payment terms - Standard instalment due dates (used by the school in recent years): 1st instalment due at session start (commonly on or about 31 March), 2nd instalment due by 07 July, 3rd instalment due by 07 October, and 4th instalment due by 07 January. The school allows short grace periods for each instalment as published. For the 2026–27 instalment calendar the school identifies the II instalment due 07 July 2026, III instalment due 07 October 2026 and IV instalment due 07 January 2027; the 1st instalment is taken at the start of the session. - First instalment instruction: the first instalment is expected to be paid by Demand Draft in favour of "INDIA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, JAIPUR" where specified; subsequent instalments are accepted through the school's online/pay‑fee module. Late/deferred payment terms and any grace periods are published in the school circulars and instalment notices. Boarding / hostel fees (where applicable) - A hostel (off‑campus) facility is available for girls from class 9 onwards. The school's admission/annexure documents confirm availability of hostel facility but do not publish a boarding fee schedule in the international‑wing fee PDFs and admission policy documents reviewed. No specific boarding fee amounts are publicly listed in the school fee documents accessed. Transport / conveyance (optional) - Transport is optional and charged monthly according to pickup point. The international‑wing conveyance chart lists pickup codes and monthly charges by route; sample monthly conveyance charges in the published chart range roughly from about INR 1,800 up to around INR 4,900 depending on route and pickup code. Conveyance is billed separately from tuition and the fee chart shows the per‑month figure for each pickup code. Other costs and recurring additional charges - Development/other recurring charges: the school normally invoices small annual development/other facility charges as part of instalment 1 in its fee templates (examples at other IIS campuses show an annual development charge such as INR 1,500—this pattern is consistent across campus fee schedules). - Practical / laboratory / subject charges: Practical or subject‑related fees are applied for certain subjects in senior grades. Example published practice for the IIS campuses: practical charges of approximately INR 600 per practical subject per instalment for classes XI and XII (charged per subject per instalment where applicable). - Uniform, textbooks and stationery: Required uniform, textbooks and stationery must be procured from the school book store; those costs are extra and are invoiced/collected separately when the book store is open at session start. - Examination / external board fees: Cambridge / IB registration, exam and subject fees (charged to IGCSE/IB students for board registration and external exam entry) are additional and billed as needed; amounts depend on subject choices and external board fee schedules. (These appear separately from the tuition instalments in the school fee templates.) Refund and cancellation information - Admission fee forfeiture on cancellation: where a provisional offer of admission is cancelled because required documents or payments are not submitted within the stated period, the school's admission confirmation letters state that the admission fee will be forfeited. That forfeiture rule is stated in the school admission/offer notices. No separately published, detailed refund schedule for tuition or boarding fees (for withdrawals, early departure, or other circumstances) was located in the admission policy or the international‑wing fee documents reviewed. Fee payment options (accepted methods reported in school documents) - First instalment: Demand Draft in favour of "INDIA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, JAIPUR" where specified. Subsequent instalments: online payment via the school's PAY FEE module through the IIS Jaipur mobile app. Other accepted payment channels listed in campus fee notices include Mobile App/UPI (QR), POS (Debit/Credit Card), cash and UPI transaction receipts submission. Parents are asked to preserve fee receipts for income‑tax/fee‑reimbursement purposes. What is included / not included in the tuition instalments - Tuition instalments cover the stated tuition and routine development charges as laid out in the instalment table. Optional services (transport), bookstore purchases (uniforms, stationery, textbooks), examination/board external fees, subject practical charges, and hostel charges (where applicable) are billed separately. Parents are requested to retain receipts; the school notes that a separate tuition fee certificate will not be issued. Availability of up‑to‑date 2026/27 figures - The school publishes fee tables for the international wing. The clearly formatted, line‑by‑line instalment table for the international wing was available in a 2025–26 fee document showing the breakdown above (CPP / CLSP / IGCSE / IB instalments and implied annual totals). The school's 2026–27 instalment calendar dates and payment methods are published; however a fully readable, clearly formatted per‑programme instalment table for the international wing for 2026–27 was not available in a single, unambiguous table in the documents accessed. Therefore the detailed instalment amounts provided above use the school's published 2025–26 international‑wing fee schedule. If you need a short, single‑line summary for database fields (for example: annual tuition by programme and instalment amount), those numbers are available from the 2025–26 international‑wing table above and may be used as the published reference amounts for entry. | Fee details Application / Admission fees - India International School (Mansarovar, Jaipur) charges an admission fee for new entrants. Example published amounts for the Mansarovar campus: CBSE admission fee reported as INR 25,000; IGCSE admission fee reported as INR 45,000. Tuition fees — instalments and annual totals (Mansarovar campus, CBSE day-school schedule for academic session 2025–26 — old students instalment schedule) - Tuition is billed in four instalments per academic year. The instalment amounts published for 2025–26 (old students) are: I, II, III and IV as follows: - KG 1 & KG 2: I = INR 17,500; II = INR 16,000; III = INR 16,000; IV = INR 16,000. Annual total = INR 65,500. - Classes 1–5: I = INR 20,000; II = INR 18,500; III = INR 18,500; IV = INR 18,500. Annual total = INR 75,500. - Classes 6–8: I = INR 20,000; II = INR 18,500; III = INR 18,500; IV = INR 18,800. Annual total = INR 75,800. - Classes 9–10: I = INR 20,400; II = INR 18,900; III = INR 18,900; IV = INR 18,900. Annual total = INR 77,100. - Classes 11–12: I = INR 20,700; II = INR 19,200; III = INR 19,200; IV = INR 19,200. Annual total = INR 78,300. Practical (laboratory/subject) fees are charged in addition for XI–XII (see Practical fees below). Practical / subject fees - For Classes XI and XII the school charges an additional practical fee: INR 600 per subject, per instalment (for listed practical subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Painting, Commercial Art, Hindustani Vocal, Home Science, Informatics Practices, Dance-Kathak, Psychology and Physical Education). These practical fees are charged along with the instalments. Transport / conveyance fees - Transport is optional and charged monthly according to route. Conveyance charges vary by pickup point; published route-by-route monthly amounts are listed in the school conveyance chart (examples of monthly charges range from about INR 1,200 to INR 4,700 depending on route). The instalment schedule indicates that the first tuition instalment includes an advance of 2 months' conveyance and later instalments include 3 months' conveyance as indicated on the fee schedule. Billing schedule and payment terms - Tuition is payable in four instalments each academic year. For the 2025–26 schedule the published due timing is: - 1st instalment: at time of admission / current date (first instalment historically accepted as Demand Draft for the first instalment). - 2nd instalment: by 07 July, 2025. - 3rd instalment: by 07 October, 2025. - 4th instalment: by 07 January, 2026. The fee schedule shows the instalment due dates and indicates the first instalment is to be submitted by Demand Draft in favour of "INDIA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, JAIPUR" while subsequent instalments are payable online via the school app. Late or missed payments are handled according to the school's payment rules (payment dates and modes appear on the published instalment sheet). Payment methods / options - The published fee documents state the school accepts: - First instalment by Demand Draft (in favour of the school) and/or cash at time of admission, and - Subsequent instalments via the school fee app / online payment. Additional published guidance for IIS-related entities and handbooks shows that fees may also be accepted by bank instruments (NEFT), banker's cheque/Demand Draft and common electronic payment channels (credit card, debit card and mobile payments) where indicated in related IIS payment guidance. Parents should follow the mode and instructions shown on the instalment demand for each instalment. Boarding / hostel fees (applicability) - The Mansarovar (main) fee schedule published for 2025–26 sets out tuition instalments and conveyance charges but does not list a residential/hostel boarding fee for the Mansarovar campus fee PDF; no separate hostel‑board fee schedule for the Mansarovar campus appears in that instalment document. A separate IIS Sitapura page and other IIS branches do reference a small security deposit or specific boarding arrangements for their site; any boarding/hostel charges (if applicable for a particular IIS campus) are published separately for that campus. For Mansarovar the published instalment schedule does not include a boarding fee line. Other costs and typical additional charges - Conveyance (monthly) — optional and route-dependent, paid as part of instalments (first instalment includes 2 months' advance, later instalments include 3 months' advance as shown on the instalment sheet). Example route amounts appear in the conveyance chart. - Practical / laboratory subject fees for XI–XII: INR 600 per subject per instalment (listed subjects above). - Security deposit — historic and branch-specific: older admission notices and the Sitapura branch notice show small interest‑free security deposits for fresh students (example: Sitapura page lists INR 500 as interest-free security deposit for fresh students; older admission notices referenced larger refundable deposits historically). Parents should note some IIS campus documents show a refundable security deposit may be collected. - Uniforms and books — historically made available via the IIS Book Shop; parents are typically responsible for uniforms and textbooks and the school has historically arranged on-campus book/uniform availability. Uniform and book costs are additional and handled separately at time of admission/uniform issuance. Refund information - The school's published admissions notices and admission undertakings state that fees once deposited are not refundable. Some campus documents historically record that only specific deposits (where listed as refundable security deposits) may be refunded under the school's conditions. The general published position in school admission/undertaking documents is that tuition fees once paid are not refundable. |

Participation helps families understand the program's structure and expectations. 2) IB diploma aspirants must complete an application process that includes an application form, student records for 9th and 10th grades, and an interview with the DP coordinator. A DP coordinator will conduct or participate in the interview as part of the process. The information provided during the application and interview is used to assess eligibility for the Diploma Programme. 3) An IB committee comprised of the IB Coordinator and the counselor evaluates each application carefully and makes recommendations. The committee reviews the application materials and interview results. Recommendations are issued based on the evaluation. | Admissions 1. Admissions are offered for CBSE from KG1 to 12, Cambridge Primary Programme (classes 1–5), Cambridge Lower Secondary (classes 6–8), IGCSE (class 9 for a two-year program), and IBDP (class 11 for a two-year program). Admissions are majorly at entry level (KG1 and Grade 1) with vacancies and transfer-based admission for other classes, following state and local norms. 2. Admission announcements are shared through circulars, posters, the school website, advertisements, and social media to inform stakeholders about the process and timelines. 3. Admission aspirants receive circulars and guidelines, which are accessible at the School Reception as well as through relevant school channels. 4. Open house counseling sessions are organized to give in-house interested students and parents an insight into the respective programs. 5. To begin the process, parents fill the admission enquiry form (Annexure III). 6. The process continues with 1:1 counseling sessions with the admission counseling team (either face-to-face or online, see Annexure V) followed by the Principal's interaction with the parent and student. 7. Upon approval for admission, admission forms are provided to the parents (Annexure VI). 8. Original documents must be produced at the time of admission for verification. 9. All application forms must be accompanied by documents: four passport-size photographs; attested birth certificate; health certificate from the family doctor; attested last class mark sheet; School Leaving Certificate; and Migration Certificate (for students from other boards). 10. The Admission Officer reviews and checks the admission form. 11. For eligible students, entrance tests may be conducted to assess proficiency in Math and English; language proficiency tests may be conducted to guide language options offered in IBDP and IGCSE. 12. Admission status is conveyed to the parent via a Congratulatory letter or email. 13. Submitting an Admission Form does not guarantee admission. 14. A student is admitted provisionally until all necessary documents are submitted. 15. Fees must be paid on or before the due date. 16. The fee structure is available on the school site and is subject to change at the discretion of the school management. 17. If any relevant information has been withheld deliberately, the school may review the admission of the student. 18. The decision of the school authorities regarding admission is final and binding. 19. Subject allotment in CBSE for grade 11 is determined with reference to the CBSE Scheme of Studies, the eligibility list for subject combinations, and the options requested by students. 20. In grades 6 and 9, the third language options and other language/subject allocations are guided by available subjects (Hindi/Sanskrit/French) and additional subjects (IT/Japanese/AI). 21. For IGCSE and IBDP admissions, an Orientation/Summer Programme is conducted; an interactive session with the University Counselor guides subject selection, with final approval from the University Counselor, Program Coordinators, and Principal; changes can be made until August/September of Year 1. 22. IBDP students are encouraged to pursue the full diploma and may be guided toward a bilingual diploma option. |
