An official acceptance email and a formal letter are issued; new students can schedule registration in person or by telephone.
International Students 1. The Application Process. Start online submission by submitting the online application form. 2. Gather Necessary Documents. Send a photocopy of the passport or birth certificate in English, a photocopy of current year's school transcripts, and a signed letter of recommendation by a school official to the admissions email. 3. Conditional Acceptance. All approved applicants receive a conditional Letter of Acceptance. 4. Letter of Acceptance. Once the tuition deposit is processed and issued, an Official Letter of Acceptance and a tuition receipt are sent; the Official Letter of Acceptance may be used for visa purposes.

Tuition assistance is awarded in a limited number of cases based on financial need and assessed by Apple Financial Services. Assistance is up to 50% of tuition and does not apply to registration, acceptance, or extended care fees. An Apple Financial Services application is required. Apple Financial Services evaluates the application and makes a recommendation to the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees; final decision rests with the Board of Trustees. Applications must be submitted by May 1, and the process typically takes four to six weeks. Annual renewal is required.
