Admissions 1. Excursion and getting acquainted with the school, and communication with the administration. Prospective families visit the campus for a tour and an introduction to the school. They meet the administration to discuss the program and the school environment. The visit provides an opportunity to ask questions and observe daily routines. This initial contact helps determine fit with the school. 2. Admission steps for all grades. An introductory meeting with the school is held for the family. For Grade 1, the process includes an interview with the pupil conducted by a teacher and a psychologist. For Grades 2-12, testing in mathematics and English is conducted, followed by a psychologist interview. These assessments determine the student's level and help tailor the learning program. 3. Signing the contract and enrollment. After the interview or tests, the school offers a contract detailing the terms of cooperation. Enrollment is completed by signing the contract and submitting the required information. The contract sets expectations for both sides. Enrollment proceeds upon signing. 4. Documents required to finalize enrollment. To enter into the contract for educational services, a parent or guardian submits the documents listed. The documents include an enrollment application, a copy of the child's birth certificate, and a copy of the child's registration place extract. Also required are copies of the parents' passports and identification codes, a medical certificate 086-1/o, and a vaccination card 063/o. For Grades 2-12, the student's personal file is also required. | Admissions Admission application: This form is the first step for admission of your child to the kindergarten or school. The form is reviewed by the admissions committee, which makes a decision about inviting the parents to an interview with the administration and testing of the child (for primary and secondary students).
