Tuition fees by cycle (annual amounts and sibling reductions) — school year 2025–2026 - Nursery (per academic year): EUR 4,370.39 for the first child; second child receives a 20% reduction (EUR 3,496.31); third child onward receives a 40% reduction (EUR 2,622.23). - Primary (per academic year): EUR 6,009.36 for the first child; second child EUR 4,807.49 (20% reduction); third child onward EUR 3,605.62 (40% reduction). - Secondary (per academic year): EUR 8,194.57 for the first child; second child EUR 6,555.66 (20% reduction); third child onward EUR 4,916.74 (40% reduction). This 25% prepayment is mandatory to confirm admission/continued admission for all Category III pupils and is non-refundable. - The remaining 75% of the annual tuition is invoiced for the new school year and is due before the stated deadline (see Billing schedule and payment terms below). Families may request, in writing and within the school's published deadline, that the October invoice (the 75% balance) be paid in three instalments; the school sets the instalment due dates. Billing schedule and payment terms - Invoices are sent by e-mail to the person designated for billing. Normal payment term is 30 days. Payments must be made exclusively by wire transfer; cash payments are not accepted. - Typical deadlines given for 2025–2026 (as an operational example): the 25% prepayment due before June 30; the balance (75%) due before November 30; if instalments are approved, the instalment due dates are set by the school (example instalment dates: end of October, end of January, end of March). Uniform and related costs - Physical-education uniform is required for specified cycles and activities. The uniform is obtained through the listed supplier (El Corte Inglés for this school). Specific uniform item prices are set by the supplier and are not published as school-set fees. Refund information and non-refundable items - The 25% prepayment required to confirm admission for Category III pupils is non-refundable. The administrative enrolment fee of EUR 200 for Category III is non-refundable. Other mandatory additional charges listed as “Other fees” are non-refundable (the school states these items are non-refundable). Fee payment options and bank details (how payments are accepted) - Accepted method: bank/wire transfer only. Cash payments are not accepted; payments by other methods are not provided in the school's billing rules for the academic year referenced. - Bank details provided for the administrative enrolment payment (example instruction published for Category III applications): BANK: BBVA; IBAN: ES12 0182 5596 97 0290000330; BIC: BBVAESMM (applicants are instructed to indicate “Enrolment fee + full name and surname of the pupil” as the payment reference). The enrolment instruction indicates this amount is non-refundable and will be deducted from the 25% prepayment invoice if admission is confirmed. Key operational notes (concise) - Sibling reductions: second child 20% discount; third child onward 40% discount (applies to the published annual tuition rates). - Invoicing communication is by e-mail; contact ALI-BILLING@eursc.eu for billing enquiries. (Amounts and deadlines above correspond to the published invoicing and fee information for the 2025–2026 school year.) | Fee details Application fees - Enrollment (one-off, first year only): EUR 630. One-off / annual ancillary charges - General expenses (covers psychopedagogical services, platforms, school insurance, etc.): 2 × EUR 150 per course (two payments of EUR 150, total EUR 300 per academic year). Recurring monthly fees (published amounts by year group) - Infant education: EUR 404 per month. - Primary education: EUR 442 per month. - Secondary (1st, 2nd and 3rd): EUR 496 per month. - Secondary (4th): EUR 516 per month. - Bachillerato (1st year): EUR 565 per month. - Bachillerato (2nd year): EUR 600 per month. Canteen and transport (published monthly charges) - Canteen (school lunch): EUR 142 per month. - School transport: EUR 163 per month. Uniform and other discretionary costs - Uniform items are charged individually; sample published prices include: - Baby uniform pieces: approx. EUR 26.50 – EUR 35.70. - Full tracksuit: approx. EUR 52.20 – EUR 57.50. - Reversible school parka: approx. EUR 59.80 – EUR 66.70. - Shoes: approx. EUR 39.70 – EUR 57.50. - Individual polo/T‑shirts and socks are listed at lower single‑item prices. Billing schedule and payment terms (published information and calculated interpretation) - The school publishes all tuition and service amounts as monthly figures and lists general expenses as “2 × EUR 150 / course,” indicating the general expenses are charged in two instalments during the academic year. The fees page does not publish explicit billing dates, the number of monthly instalments, formal due dates, or details on late‑payment penalties. - Calculated (inference): because tuition is shown as a monthly amount and the general expenses are shown as two instalments, the following annual and per‑term totals are arithmetic calculations based on the published monthly figures. These calculated totals are presented for convenience and are not stated as published school billing items. - Assumption for these calculations: academic billing = 10 monthly tuition payments per academic year; two equal terms per year (each term = 5 months). (This is a calculation derived from the monthly prices and the school's two general‑expense instalments; exact instalment counts and term definitions are not published.) - Infant education: Annual (10 months) = EUR 4,040; Per term (5 months) = EUR 2,020. - Primary education: Annual (10 months) = EUR 4,420; Per term = EUR 2,210. - Secondary (1º–3º): Annual = EUR 4,960; Per term = EUR 2,480. - Secondary (4º): Annual = EUR 5,160; Per term = EUR 2,580. - Bachillerato 1º: Annual = EUR 5,650; Per term = EUR 2,825. - Bachillerato 2º: Annual = EUR 6,000; Per term = EUR 3,000. - Canteen: Annual = EUR 1,420; Per term = EUR 710. - Transport: Annual = EUR 1,630; Per term = EUR 815. - General expenses: EUR 300 per academic year, charged as two payments of EUR 150 (EUR 150 per term under a two‑term split). Boarding fees - Boarding is not listed among the school's published services and no boarding fees are published; therefore boarding is not applicable based on the school's publicly posted fees. Refund information - No published refund policy or specific refund terms for enrollment, tuition, canteen, transport, or uniform purchases appears on the school's publicly posted fee pages. The published fee items list amounts and the general‑expenses instalment structure but do not provide refund rules or conditions. Fee payment options - The school's published fee pages list amounts and instalment structure but do not state accepted payment methods (for example, bank transfer, direct debit/standing order, or credit/debit card). No payment‑method details or billing‑account information are published on the fee pages. Brief note on published information and missing details - The amounts above are the school's published charges for the current academic offering: one‑off enrollment, monthly tuition by year group, monthly canteen and transport fees, and an itemised uniform price list. The school's fee page explicitly shows general expenses as “2 × EUR 150 / course,” which indicates two scheduled charges for that concept. The school's published pages do not include explicit billing calendars, exact number of tuition instalments, published payment due dates, accepted payment methods, or a published refund policy; the annual and per‑term totals above are calculated from the published monthly figures using a 10‑month academic billing assumption and a two‑term split (5 months per term) for convenience. |
