Academic & intellectual Model United Nations (MunoM) is an active extracurricular at the European School Munich. It has an executive student staff organizing the conference. Admissions Admission Criteria and Application Process. Pupils at the European School Munich are categorized into three groups with priority admission: Category I pupils (entitled pupils) are children of employees of the European Patent Office in Munich, of the EU, or of the school's teachers and administrative and ancillary staff; they have to be admitted and are exempt from school fees. Category II pupils are children covered by individual agreements or decisions, each entailing specific rights and obligations for the children concerned, particularly as regards school fees. Category III pupils are children who do not belong to Categories I or II and will be admitted to a limited extent under the ESM admission policy approved by the Board of Governors of the European Schools in December 2023. The Director shall decide within the regular intake procedure on pupil enrolment taking into account the present enrolment policy and instructions. To start the application process, complete and submit the online declaration of interest; we will contact you as soon as possible. Complete, sign, and submit the binding enrollment form to BiDIBi e.V and pay €600. The €600 is retained if enrollment or contract is withdrawn. The enrollment is confirmed in writing by the school. The school rules and the Vademecum are part of the contract. Children must be 6 years old by December 31 of the school year in which they begin. 2. Mail copies of the required documents: birth certificate, vaccination certificates (measles vaccination law has been in effect since 1 March 2020), custody documents if parents are legally separated or divorced, and the last year's evaluation if enrollment is requested for a class higher than first. The 2025/26 materials for classes 1–4 are provided. 3. Pay a binding microcredit of €1,800 to the school. Each family may choose to donate this amount to the school or request its refund after 4 years. 4. Send the completed enrollment form, in duplicate, and the receipt of the €600 payment by post to the school address: Scuola privata italo-tedesca Leonardo da Vinci – BiDIBi e.V., Wolfratshauser Str. 84, 81379 München. The documents listed above must be provided in paper form. |
