Fee details Application fees - New registration (frais d'inscription) : EUR 200. - Participation au matériel scolaire (frais de matériel) : EUR 400. - Réinscription (pour l'année suivante) : 1st child EUR 450 (comprend participation au matériel), 2nd child EUR 400, 3rd child EUR 350. Tuition fees (by year group and option) - Scope: The school provides classes from baby/very young children in maternelle through primaire (CP–CM2). A single set of published tuition rates applies to the maternelle and primaire year groups. - Standard full-time tuition (all inclusive of school day, pedagogical materials, activities, meals and goûter): EUR 915 per month. This rate is shown for the full-time maternelle/primary programme. - Optional additions (monthly): - Mini‑club (Wednesdays): + EUR 60 per month. - Mini‑club (vacation weeks): + EUR 60 per month. - Mini‑club (Wednesdays + vacations): + EUR 120 per month (combined). - School bus (ramassage scolaire morning and evening): EUR 100 per month. - Late‑pick‑up penalty: EUR 10 per 5 minutes after 18:30. - Occasional Mini‑Club (single day): EUR 58 per day. - Annual and per‑term conversion (calculation based on the published monthly rate): - Annual tuition (standard full‑time) = EUR 915 × 10 monthly instalments = EUR 9,150 per academic year. The school treats the tuition price as annual and fixed and publishes payment as ten monthly instalments. - Per term amount (calculated from the annual price and the school's trimester change policy) = EUR 9,150 ÷ 3 = EUR 3,050 per term (this per‑term figure is a calculation from the published annual/monthly rates). Billing schedule and payment terms - The tuition price is annual and forfaitaire; it may be paid in full for the year or by ten monthly instalments. Instalments are payable before the 3rd of each month; the ten instalments structure is the published payment schedule. - Payment in full for the academic year paid before 15 September receives a 5% reduction on tuition. - Any direct‑debit (prélèvement) refusal generates bank fees which will be charged to the family; after two consecutive rejected prélèvements the school may suspend direct‑debit and require immediate settlement of the outstanding balance. Faute de règlement d'une seule mensualité, le contrat peut être résilié après mise en demeure. - Families not domiciled in the region must provide a non‑refundable initial payment equal to three months of tuition at the time of inscription. Boarding / residential fees - There are no boarding (internat/pension) provisions or boarding fees published for this school; the school operates day programmes (maternelle and primaire). Other costs and mandatory items - Uniform / tablier: A tablier (maternelle) and an uniform (primaire) are mandatory. Uniforms/tabliers must be ordered from the school's official supplier (SoFrenchSchool) by the published deadline. The dossier notes that uniform/tablier costs are charged through the supplier (price set by the supplier). - Material pack: the participation au matériel scolaire (EUR 400) is charged at registration. - Optional extracurriculars and support (examples): supervised study, extra support groups and certain activities carry additional charges (specific prices to be applied per activity); mini‑club and transport optional charges are published as above. Refund and cancellation rules - Registration fees (frais d'inscription) and most registration‑related charges are non‑refundable. The material participation fee can be refunded only if the registration is cancelled before the published cutoff date (annulation d'inscription before 15 April for the published schedule). - Tuition is treated as an annual fixed price; absences do not give rise to fee deductions. The only routine refund practice published is for school catering: when a child is absent for more than one week for medical reasons and a medical certificate is provided, the restaurant scolaire is reimbursed on a forfait basis at EUR 4 per missed meal. - In case of contract rupture or suspension, annual tuition remains due except in cases explicitly listed as exceptions (force majeure, long‑term illness or certain justified family moves). The school's contract contains a clause résolutoire detailing these conditions. Fee payment options - The school requests a Relevé d'Identité Bancaire (RIB) and offers SEPA direct‑debit authorization as a documented payment method. Cheque and cash are referenced as acceptable means to regularize unpaid invoices if a direct‑debit is rejected; bank charges for rejected prélèvements are passed to the family. These are the payment methods and procedures documented in the enrolment dossier. | Fee details Application / registration fees - Registration fee (initial): EUR 400 per family. - Participation in school materials: EUR 250 per child (paid at registration). - Re-registration fees (returning pupils): EUR 450 for the 1st child and EUR 350 for the 2nd child (per child; includes registration and material participation). Tuition — rates by year group (current academic year: 2025–2026) - Maternelle (all nursery classes): TARIF MENSUEL — EUR 975 per month (full-time formula; includes daily care, teaching, pedagogical materials, sporting and musical activities, lunch and afternoon snack). - Primaire (CP to CM2): TARIF MENSUEL — EUR 975 per month (full-time formula; includes teaching, study supervision, pedagogical materials, lunch and afternoon snack). - Mini-Club options (flat add-ons to the monthly tuition): Mini-Club Mercredi EUR 70 per month; Mini-Club Vacances EUR 70 per month. - Occasional Mini-Club / day options: full day + meal EUR 60; half day EUR 40; half day + meal EUR 47 (when using Mini-Club occasional). - Other optional recurring extras: FLE/ESL language support EUR 80 per month; additional academic support charged at EUR 20 per hour after an initial complimentary period. School bus (ramassage scolaire): EUR 100 return / EUR 60 one-way. Annual / per-term equivalents and billing detail (how the school bills) - The published tariff is an annual, fixed price. Tuition is billed on a 10-month instalment basis when paid monthly. The monthly amount shown (EUR 975) is the instalment amount; annual equivalent = EUR 975 × 10 = EUR 9,750. This annual figure is calculated from the school's stated monthly instalment system (calculation provided here as a straightforward multiplication of the stated monthly instalment). - Per-term (approximate) breakdown: if you allocate the annual amount to three school terms, the approximate per-term amount is EUR 3,250 (annual EUR 9,750 ÷ 3). The school's published contract treats the price as an annual fixed sum and does not list a formal per-term tariff; the per-term number above is an approximate allocation for budgeting purposes only. Billing schedule and payment terms - Payment frequency: the school accepts annual payment or payment in ten monthly instalments (monthly instalments are payable in advance). For annual payment made before 15 September, a 5% reduction on the tuition amount is applied (not applicable to Mini-Club). Monthly instalments are normally collected according to the school's monthly schedule. - Non‑resident families: a non‑refundable deposit equal to three months of tuition is required for families not domiciled in the region. - Late or failed payments: a rejected direct debit or unpaid instalment leads to bank charges added to the invoice; repeated rejected instalments may result in suspension of direct debit and immediate exigibility of the balance. Failure to remedy a late payment can lead to contract termination after formal notice. Fee payment options (accepted methods and practical notes) - The school accepts bank transfers and direct debits (prélèvements). For transfers or direct debits from foreign banks, the ordering party bears any bank charges. After a rejected direct debit, payment must be made by cheque or in cash if requested by the school. These are the payment methods and administrative consequences specifically described in the school contract. Boarding - Boarding is not offered. The school operates as a day school with opening hours and extended day care (Baby Club / Mini-Club) rather than boarding provision. Other compulsory or frequent additional costs - Uniform / tablier: a school smock (tablier) is compulsory in maternelle and uniforms are compulsory in primaire. Uniforms and tabliers must be ordered through the school's designated supplier (Sofrenchschool); the supplier's site handles payment and sizing. Specific prices for uniforms are set by the supplier and are billed separately. - School meals: occasional meal charges and refunds are defined (see refunds section below); the weekly menus and any special-diet arrangements are managed by the school. Additional per-activity club fees (robotics, chess, languages, sport classes, etc.) are charged separately to parents when applicable. Refunds, cancellations and contract exit - Registration and dossier fees are non‑refundable in all cases. The participation fee for school materials is refundable only if the registration is cancelled before 15 April. The school treats tuition as an annual fixed price; except for restaurant and mini‑club fees, annual tuition fees are generally due even if the pupil leaves during the school year, subject to limited exceptions (death, long-term illness, parental job-related mutation to another department, or other justified force majeure). When a pupil departs during the year, a two-month notice remains due unless otherwise agreed with the Direction. In case of absence for more than one week and supported by a medical certificate, school meal fees are refundable at EUR 4 per meal. Summary of the most commonly asked numeric items (2025–2026 academic year) - Tuition (maternelle and primaire, full-time): EUR 975 per month; annual equivalent EUR 9,750 (monthly instalment ×10). - Initial registration: EUR 400 per family; participation in materials EUR 250 per child. Re-registration: EUR 450 (1st child) / EUR 350 (2nd child). - Mini-Club Mercredi: EUR 70 per month; Mini-Club Vacances: EUR 70 per month; occasional full day + meal EUR 60; half day EUR 40; half day + meal EUR 47. Bus: EUR 100 return / EUR 60 one-way. FLE/ESL: EUR 80 per month. (Information presented above reflects the school's published fee schedule and contract terms for the 2025–2026 academic year.) |
