Per‑term breakdown - The school publishes annual tuition amounts. A per‑term invoice structure is commonly used by schools in the region, but a fixed published per‑term tariff for Concordia was not available in the publicly accessible fee listings. The annual figures above should be used as the basis for calculating per‑term amounts if termly instalments are required. Other compulsory fees and charges - School transport (bus): commonly shown around EGP 13,500–30,000 depending on routing and source; a transport fee figure of EGP 30,000 is listed in the school directory summary, while other listings show bus charges from EGP 13,500 (amount varies by area). Parents should budget for a transport fee in this range if bus service is required. - Books, activities and basic resources: noted as included within the published tuition in the fee summary. - Uniforms, optional extracurriculars, school trips and lunch: these are typical additional costs billed separately by international schools; no single consolidated published amount for uniforms or meals was available in the accessible fee listings. Boarding - Boarding is not offered; the school is listed with day facilities (bus, clinic, libraries, labs) and no boarding fees appear in public listings. Billing schedule and payment terms - A clear, published billing schedule (exact instalment dates and payment deadlines) for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 academic year was not present in the publicly accessible fee summaries. The amounts shown above are presented as annual tuition figures; invoices and instalment options are handled by the school at registration and by the school's financial office. Parents should expect to pay the one‑time registration deposit at enrolment and the remaining tuition according to the school's invoicing schedule. Refunds and withdrawal - No explicit, publicly posted refund schedule for fees or the registration deposit was found in the accessible fee summaries. Information about refund eligibility and withdrawal penalties is contained in the school's internal regulations (règlement intérieur) and the school's financial policy documents. Parents should expect that refund rules and any withdrawal penalties are governed by those formal policies. Payment methods and options - Public fee listings did not publish a detailed list of accepted payment methods (for example, credit card, bank transfer, cash, or local bank account details). Standard practice at similar international schools includes bank transfer and in‑person payment; specific accepted methods and bank account details are issued on school invoices. Practical summary for parents - Budget using the annual tuition figures above (EGP 95,000 for pre‑school; EGP 120,000 for KG; approximately EGP 150,000 for Grades 1–12), plus a one‑time registration fee of EGP 12,000 and an application fee of EGP 3,000. Allow additional funds for transport (EGP 13,500–30,000 depending on route), uniforms, meals and optional activities. Note on the material consulted - The most recent, detailed public fee summary located lists annual tuition and the one‑time application and registration fees for the 2024/2025 academic year; no distinct published 2026/27 fee schedule was available in the accessible listings at the time of the check. Where precise instalment dates, refund schedules, payment method details or separate uniform/meal prices were not published, those items are handled via the school's financial office and the school's internal regulations. | Fee details Application / registration fees - First child: EGP 10,000 (registration fee payable once at first enrolment). - Second child: EGP 9,000 (registration fee). - Third child and subsequent children: EGP 8,000 (registration fee). - Registration, application and entrance test fees are not refundable. The school requires an advance payment and uses three due dates across the year: advance of the first payment (before 15 May), remainder of the first payment (before 15 August) and the second payment (before 15 December). This is the standard payment schedule applied to tuition charges. - Payment currency and place: tuition and related fees are to be paid in Egyptian pounds (LE/EGP) at the school accounting office. Cheques are not accepted. - Late payment penalty: a 1% penalty is applied for each week of delay, up to a maximum of four weeks; after that the school may suspend access to transport and attendance until outstanding amounts are paid. - The advance payment made in May is considered the family's validation of re-registration; non-payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the place. Boarding / boarding fees - The school provides day-school services and a paid school-transport service; no boarding (internat) program or boarding fees are listed for this establishment. Transport (bus) fees - Annual school-bus fees published for 2025/2026 are in the range EGP 33,000–35,000 per year (payment of transport fees is required in a single payment before 15 May; transport places are limited and transport fees are non‑refundable once paid). - The bus service is charged as a round-trip rate; there is no one-way fare. Discounts and concessions - A 10% reduction is applied to tuition from the second child onward (and other sibling reductions as stated by the school). Specific staff or APE employee concessions are detailed in the school financial rules. Refund information and withdrawal rules - Registration and application fees (droit de première inscription, dossier and entrance-test fees) are non‑refundable in all cases. - If the family withdraws the pupil's file before the start of the school year (the school considers the academic year to begin on 1 September), the school will deduct 10% from amounts already paid. If withdrawal occurs after the first day of school, the first payments made in May and August are non‑refundable under the relevant ministerial decree referenced by the school. Bus fees paid before 15 May are non‑refundable. - Textbook deposit (EGP 2,000) is refundable at the end of schooling subject to a cleared final account and return of books in acceptable condition; damaged or lost books are charged to families. Fee payment options - Cash payment in person at the school accounting office. - Payment by Visa card at the school accounting office. - Bank transfer options (specific banks noted for past students): CIB or QNB are listed as bank options for payments for former pupils; the school accounting office manages bank payment arrangements. Scholarships — | Scholarships 1st scholarship campaign 2025/2026 (CCB1): The scholarship application period runs from January 21 to February 17, 2025 for submitting dossiers. Information is available on the Consulate General of France in Cairo Facebook page and on the Consulate's website via the linked page. The new Scolaide software is currently experiencing many issues, so paper dossier submission by appointment is reinstated for both first-time applications and renewals. Points to note: incomplete dossiers will be rejected and require a new appointment; applicants are urged not to wait until the last moment to schedule an appointment, as the social affairs service cannot accommodate all families. |
