Fee details
Fee details Application / registration fees - Reserva de vaga (childcare / early-years and Ensino Fundamental I): R$ 1,500. This amount is applied against the first installment of the annual tuition. - Taxa de sondagem (selection/assessment fee) for Ensino Médio admissions: R$ 350, payable by boleto; this fee is credited back against the first installment of the annual tuition if the candidate's matrícula is efetivada. Tuition (monthly figures) — per year group (representative 2025/26 published figures and recent market ranges) - Educação Infantil / Infantil and Early Years: commonly reported in the range of R$ 2,500 — R$ 6,600 per month; one published market listing reports approximately R$ 6,614/month for Infantil. - Ensino Fundamental I (1º–5º anos): commonly reported in the range of R$ 3,000 — R$ 6,600 per month; one market listing reports R$ 6,614/month for Infantil & Fundamental I. - Ensino Fundamental II (6º–9º anos): commonly reported in the range of R$ 3,500 — R$ 5,866 per month; one market listing reports R$ 5,866/month for Fundamental II. - Ensino Médio (1º–3º anos): commonly reported in the range of R$ 4,000 — R$ 6,641 per month; one market listing reports R$ 6,641/month for Ensino Médio. For students enrolled in the International Baccalaureate (DP) option at the Panamby campus, published figures for the IB pathway have been reported higher (for example, R$ 9,500/month in a market listing). Billing schedule and payment terms - The school operates on an annual-fee model (anuidade) that is organized at matrícula. The first installment of the annual tuition is due in January at the time of matrícula confirmation; reservation and assessment payments are deducted from that first installment when applicable. - Under Brazilian school-fee practice and law, the annual tuition may be divided into monthly installments (schemes commonly use 12 monthly parcels, or alternative plans that do not exceed the annual total); adjustments and annual reajustes follow the legal requirements for disclosure and justification. These statutory principles govern how the annual tuition is calculated and presented at the time of matrícula. - Payment deadlines, late fees, and specific installment counts vary by campus and contract; reservation or sondagem payments are tied to the admission timeline and to the first-parcel billing as stated above. Boarding / residential fees - The Colégio Visconde de Porto Seguro operates as a multi-campus day school (campuses listed for Morumbi, Panamby, Valinhos, Portinho Morumbi, Portinho Panamby, Portinho Valinhos and Vila Andrade). No boarding or internato program and no boarding fees are published for these campuses. Other costs and recurring additional fees - Reservation and assessment fees (see above) at admission. Reservation fees are deducted from the first installment of the annual tuition; some assessment fees (sondagens) are refunded against the first installment upon efetivação da matrícula. - Typical additional items parents should budget for (commonly charged by private schools and reported in public guidance and market summaries): school uniforms, textbooks and workbooks, activity fees for extracurricular programs, field trips, transportation (school bus), school insurance, and optional paid services or workshops. These items are commonly billed separately from the monthly tuition and may appear as one-off charges or as separate periodic charges. (The school's admission documentation confirms at-admission administrative charges such as reservation and sondagem; other optional/ancillary services are normally itemized in the school's contract and billing statements.) Refunds and cancellation - The assessment (sondagem) fee for Ensino Médio admissions (R$ 350) is credited against the first parcel of the annual tuition if the student's matrícula is efetivada. The reservation fee (R$ 1,500 where charged) is applied to the first parcel of the annual tuition. The published admission instructions specify these applications of payment. - Refunds, cancellations, and any proportional reimbursements are governed by the contract signed at matrícula and by Brazilian law on school fees (Lei nº 9.870/1999) and consumer protection rules; the law requires the school to present the annual fee calculation and contract terms at the time of matrícula and constrains how annual fees may be divided and adjusted. Specific refund conditions are stated in the school's contract for each enrollment and can differ by case. Fee payment options - At admission, assessment (sondagem) payments are collected via boleto bancário; reservation and tuition installments are organized through the school's treasury as indicated in the admissions documentation. - In practice, private schools in Brazil commonly accept boleto bancário, PIX, bank transfer (TED/DOC), and card payments (credit/debit) via school billing platforms; many schools offer installment billing options and recurring card/recurring-payment setups through school-finance platforms. Payment method availability and any card surcharges or installment rules are set by the school's financial office and are specified in the enrollment contract and payment instructions. Summary availability note (numbers and scope covered above) - The admission documents published by the school's admissions area specify the reservation and sondagem amounts and the timing of the first installment (January) and how those admission charges are applied to the annual tuition. Broader tuition figures available in the market for the 2025/26 period appear as the ranges and representative monthly amounts shown above; reported monthly figures differ by campus, curricular pathway (for example, IB), and step of education. For admissions and binding contract terms, the school's admissions/tesouraria documentation should be consulted at the time of application and matrícula. | Fee details Application / Enrollment fees - The school requires online enrollment and issues a matriculation (enrollment) record during admission. Official, current numeric amounts for the enrollment fee are not published publicly; families are asked to contact the school for the exact enrollment charge. - Public records and media reports have shown one-off enrollment charges reported in various contexts (examples reported: R$2,789 in a legal filing; some media articles have cited enrollment/registration amounts in the multiple-thousand‑reais range). These figures are third‑party reports and not the school's published schedule. Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year) - The school does not publish a public, line‑by‑line tuition schedule on its main public pages; therefore current per‑term and per‑year tuition tables for the 2026/27 academic year are not posted for public download. Families must obtain the exact tuition table from the school's admissions/finance office. - Media and third‑party compilations have listed approximate annual tuition ranges for Pueri Domus in past reports, indicating that tuition varies by stage (Early Years / Fundamental / High School) and by campus. These media figures should be treated as reported estimates rather than the school's official published schedule. Billing schedule and payment terms - Invoices and billing are managed through the school's financial portal (SSO / Grupo SEB financial services). The portal provides access to paid and future monthly invoices, monthly boleto issuance, and options for recurring credit or debit (automatic recurring charge). Families receive login credentials during the enrollment process. - The school issues monthly invoices (boleto) and supports automatic recurring payment; exact due‑dates and the school's standard billing calendar (monthly / termly deadlines, penalties for late payment) are shown on the family financial account and set at registration. Sibling discounts, loyalty and other discounts - The Perdizes unit manual specifies sibling discounts granted non‑cumulatively as: 2nd child 10%; 3rd child 20%; 4th child 30%; 5th child or more 50%. A separate loyalty (fidelity) discount of 1% of the annual fee is applied for each year of continuous enrollment and increases by 1% for each additional year, non‑cumulative. - The school's general contact/FAQ page also confirms sibling discounts but shows different percentage examples in that public FAQ; families should confirm the applicable discount level for their campus and year at enrollment. Boarding / Residential fees - Pueri Domus operates as a day school; there are no boarding or residential facilities and therefore no boarding fees. Other costs and typical additional fees - Material lists and school supplies: the school publishes detailed material lists by year (Lista de Materiais 2026 referenced for each year group). Families are expected to purchase required items listed for the student's year. Costs for materials are additional to tuition and vary by year group. - After‑school / extracurricular activities: the school operates an After School programme; participation in sports, cultural or partner‑led activities may carry separate charges and are started only when minimum participation numbers are met. Fees for these activities and for specific external partnerships are billed separately. - School trips and overnight field studies: trips carry separate costs. The school sets cancellation/refund rules for trips (examples: cancellations up to 30 days before departure receive 90% refund; between 29–21 days 80%; between 20–7 days 50%; less than 7 days no refund). Those rules apply specifically to study‑trip payments. - Administrative and service fees: the school charges fees for certain administrative services such as issuance of certificates and transcripts, second copies of ID cards, replacement of materials and other secretarial services; these specific fees are handled at the unit secretary and are itemized when requested. - Meals / lunch and extended‑day charges: the school provides options for lunch and for extended‑day care in Preschool and certain year groups; any extra charge for extended hours or meal plans is added to the family account in accordance with the chosen schedule. - Uniforms and school items: required uniform components and any branded items are specified on the material/uniform lists; costs for uniforms are borne by families. Refund and cancellation information - Refunds for study trips follow the explicit cancellation percentages listed above; trip cancellation conditions and refund percentages are defined in the unit manual. - The unit manual lists other feeed administrative charges (for example, fees for duplicate documents and certain services) and describes that event/activity fees are presented to families in advance; terms for tuition refunds on withdrawal or other general tuition refund rules are not published in the publicly available unit manual excerpt and must be confirmed directly by the school's finance office. Fee payment options - The school's financial system supports monthly boleto issuance and automatic recurring payment (credit or debit). Families can view invoices and set up recurring payment through the SSO / Grupo SEB financial portal. - Common payment methods used by Brazilian private schools (and supported via the portal or at the secretary) include boleto bancário and recurring card/debit arrangements; the school offers these electronic payment flows via its financial platform. Specific acceptance of international credit cards or foreign currency billing should be confirmed with the school's finance office. Summary of findings and limits - The school's publicly available pages and the unit manual provide clear policy details on sibling discounts, loyalty discounts, the financial portal and payment mechanisms, the existence of material lists for 2026, the After School programme and trip cancellation/refund rules. - The school does not publish a current, itemized tuition schedule (per term or per year group) on the public site; numeric tuition and the exact enrollment fee amount for the 2026/27 academic year therefore could not be extracted from official public materials. Third‑party media and public records contain some reported monetary figures, but those are not the school's posted official schedule and show variation. Families requiring exact per‑term and per‑year fees, the enrollment fee amount and the full, up‑to‑date billing calendar should obtain the official fee table directly from the school's admissions or finance office. |

Scholarships
Scholarships Full scholarships are available to candidates who meet the established criteria. The criteria require proximity of residence within 20 kilometers of the Vila Andrade Campus and a family income not exceeding 1.5 times the minimum wage per person, based on a socio‑economic analysis. If a candidate does not meet these criteria or the required supporting documents are not provided, the scholarship is not granted. The applicant's legal guardians are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents. The socio‑economic analysis invites families to upload the necessary documents and complete the digital form; results are communicated by email and published on the admissions site. The scholarship process is part of the Vila Andrade admissions cycle and is followed by the standard enrollment steps (signature of the Enrollment Term and payment of the first instalment).
