Fee details Application / Admission fees - Application (right to apply / proceso de postulación): S/ 300.00. - One-time Admission Deposit (Cuota de Ingreso, CI) charged to new students and transfers: amounts depend on entry grade and are payable once to reserve the place. The school's published amounts are: S/ 23,280.00 (entering from Nursery through 2nd Primary), S/ 17,460.00 (entering 3rd–6th Primary), S/ 10,476.00 (entering 1st–5th Secondary). Payment of the Cuota de Ingreso must be made within five business days after receiving the letter of acceptance; payment of the Cuota de Ingreso reserves the place. Tuition (pensiones) — amounts by year group The amounts shown below are the published pension (monthly/period) figures in Peruvian soles (S/). The school requires 11 payments per academic year: one matrícula (enrollment/registration payment) plus ten monthly pension installments. The matrícula amount is equal to the published pension for the pupil's level; the annual total is therefore the published pension × 11. The school describes the pensión de enseñanza as an annual obligation divided into ten monthly cuotas, with eleven total payments (matrícula + 10 pensions). - Early Years (1–2 years): Pension per payment S/ 1,310.00 — Annual (11 payments) S/ 14,410.00. - Nursery (3 years): Pension per payment S/ 1,350.00 — Annual (11 payments) S/ 14,850.00. - Pre-Kinder (4 years): Pension per payment S/ 1,940.00 — Annual (11 payments) S/ 21,340.00. - Kinder (5 years): Pension per payment S/ 2,530.00 — Annual (11 payments) S/ 27,830.00. - Primary 1°–2°: Pension per payment S/ 2,940.00 — Annual (11 payments) S/ 32,340.00. - Primary 3°–5°: Pension per payment S/ 2,950.00 — Annual (11 payments) S/ 32,450.00. - Grades 6°–8°: Pension per payment S/ 2,960.00 — Annual (11 payments) S/ 32,560.00. - Grades 9°–11° (Secondary): Pension per payment S/ 3,070.00 — Annual (11 payments) S/ 33,770.00. Billing schedule and payment terms - Annual structure: eleven payments per year — one matrícula (first payment) plus ten monthly pension installments. The pensión is described as an annual charge divided into ten monthly instalments; the matrícula completes the 11-payment scheme. - Due dates: monthly pension instalments are due no later than the last day of each month; the December payment is due on 17 December. Late payment incurs bank interest as established by the school. - The payment of matrícula is a condition to reserve the student's place for the school year; formal admission of a new student is completed once the Cuota de Ingreso has been paid and required documentation delivered. The Cuota de Ingreso must be paid within five working days after receipt of the letter of acceptance. Boarding / residential provision - No boarding (internado) fees are published; the school presents tuition (pensiones) and ancillary service fees but does not list a boarding program or boarding charges. The published pensión values apply to day students and explicitly note that the pension does not include the school dining service. Other costs and occasional fees - Meal service: the published pension does not include the dining service (comedor); cafeteria costs are separate. - Admission / application processing fee (proceso de admisión): S/ 300.00. - Small administrative/certification fees listed in the school regulations (examples): issuance of an English certificate S/ 50.00; official study certificate (online) S/ 20.00. These administrative fees are charged for specific document requests and processes. - Educational charges described in the regulations: references to "armadas educativas mensuales" (monthly educational charges), lists of textbooks and school supplies, and a Banco de Libros (book-loan) service appear in the school regulations; textbooks, supplies, and some academic or extracurricular programme charges are handled as additional items and may generate separate monthly or occasional charges. The school's administrative communications list the montos, number and opportunity of payment for pensiones and other charges before each matrícula. Discounts and exemptions on the Cuota de Ingreso - Discount/exemption rules published for the admission deposit include: 50% discount on CI for a second child in the Salcantay or Alpamayo schools; exoneration (100%) of CI for a third child in Salcantay or Alpamayo; exoneration for children of alumni of the Salcantay and Alpamayo schools; and a 20% CI discount for students from sibling schools (national or international). Refund / cancellation terms - The refund of the Cuota de Ingreso is governed by the legal formula contained in the Reglamento de Instituciones Educativas Privadas de Educación Básica (DS N° 005-2021-MINEDU). The school follows that formula and any applicable governmental disposals for calculation and processing of any return of the admission deposit. Specific refund timing, calculation and procedures follow the legal formula and school administrative procedure. Fee payment options and administrative process - Payments are managed by the school's Administration and Tesorería (Treasury). The Cuota de Ingreso and other required amounts must be deposited to the school's bank accounts as instructed once admission is confirmed; matriculation and other pre-term procedures are handled by Tesorería according to a published enrolment timetable. - The school operates an Extranet / parent portal (SIEWEB) for families; the Extranet is listed as a school platform and is used in the school's information-management processes. The presence of an Extranet indicates an online channel for administrative interaction and account management (access requires parent credentials). Notes on what is included above - The figures above are published in the school's admissions and regulatory materials for the 2026 academic cycle and in the school's internal regulations. Amounts shown are in Peruvian soles (S/). Annual totals under “Tuition” are shown as the published pension multiplied by eleven payments (matrícula + 10 monthly pensions), consistent with the school's published payment structure. | Fee details Application fees - No publicly posted amount for an application/registration fee (cuota de ingreso/matrícula) for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 academic years is available in the school's accessible public materials. For the exact application and matrícula amounts, contact Tesorería or the Admissions office directly. Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year) - The school does not publish a detailed, grade-by-grade fee table in publicly accessible pages for 2026/27 or 2025/26. A third-party directory lists a single “Valor Colegiatura S/ 1,600” entry for Colegio Los Álamos (level not specified); this listing should be treated as a third-party reference and not an official, itemised fee schedule. For precise tuition amounts by year group and by term, obtain the official fee schedule from the school's finance office. Billing schedule and payment terms - No definitive, publicly accessible billing calendar (term dates, number of instalments, due dates, late-payment penalties) is published in the materials reachable without restricted access. The school's “Información complementaria” materials reference evolution of pensión, matrícula and cuota de ingreso, indicating an official billing schedule exists internally. To confirm the number of instalments, monthly due dates, and any discounts for early or lump-sum payment, contact Tesorería or Admissions. Boarding fees (if applicable) - No boarding (internado) programme or boarding fees are listed in the school's public information. The school's materials include references to school mobility/transport services (uso de movilidad escolar), consistent with a day-school operation rather than a residential/boarding model. Therefore, boarding fees do not apply. For final confirmation, contact the school. Other costs and fees (uniforms, materials, extracurriculars, transport, insurance) - Specific amounts for uniform, textbooks, school supplies, extracurricular activities, transport (servicio de movilidad escolar), insurance or other ancillary fees are not published in the accessible public materials. These additional charges are normally invoiced separately or shown on the school's official fee schedule; confirm exact items and amounts with Tesorería. Refund information - No publicly accessible, itemised refund or cancellation policy (for matrícula, pensiones, or ancillary fees) is available in the school's reachable documents. Any refund terms, conditions for withdrawal, or prorating policy for a student leaving before the end of a term are contained in the school's internal fee and administrative regulations. Request the school's refund policy from Tesorería or Admissions for exact terms. Fee payment options - The school's public materials accessible without restricted access do not list accepted payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, cheques, cash, online payment portal). Contact Tesorería to confirm accepted payment channels and to obtain invoice/payment instructions. How to obtain official, grade-specific fees and schedules - Contact the school's Tesorería and Admissions offices to request the official, itemised fee schedule for the academic year you require. Contact details published for the school are: - Tesorería: 989 581 023. - Recepción / Secretaría académica: 989 581 031. - General email: colegio@losalamos.edu.pe. - Admissions: 947 593 221 / admision1@prodec.edu.pe. Brief summary of findings - The school's public “Información complementaria” materials indicate that official documents exist for matrícula, pensión and cuota de ingreso, but those fee documents or detailed schedules are not available through the pages that can be accessed without restricted or authenticated access. A third-party directory lists a single tuition figure (S/ 1,600) without grade-level breakdown. To provide a complete, authoritative per-term and per-grade fee breakdown, the school's official fee schedule (issued by Tesorería) is required; contact details are provided above. |

Since 1998, students prepare for Cambridge English proficiency tests, and since 2011 for the English B certificate of the International Baccalaureate, with a bilingual Diploma option for the IB. Over the years, exchanges with English-speaking countries such as Ireland and the United States have occurred, and more destinations are being explored to suit families. In these trips, students are immersed in English-speaking language and cultural communities with a clear intercultural focus. | Immersion programs — |

Admissions 1. If you wish to submit the admission application, click here. 2. Evaluation of the File: The admission process for the Initial Level is governed by the respective Directive that regulates this process. The Admissions Office reviews the applicant's file under that directive. This step determines whether the applicant meets the defined criteria for admission. 3. Vacancies: Admission is subject to the number of vacancies available. If the number of applicants who meet all the criteria exceeds the vacancies offered, the applications pass to a waiting list. This means there is a possibility of being placed on a waitlist. 4. Results: The results will be provided to the parents or guardians of the applicant by telephone. The admission process's sole purpose is to communicate whether admission has been granted or the applicant is on the waiting list. Reevaluation or any other information is not contemplated. 5. Acceptance of Vacancy Reservation: To finalize the vacancy, parents or guardians must present, within five (5) days of admission being granted: a photocopy of the voucher for the Entrance Fee; all documents requested in the enrollment stage in original, with the exception of the DNI; six color passport-size photos of the applicant. 6. Enrollment Information: Enrollment information will be sent to the parents via email after securing a vacancy. The school does not administer evaluation exams to children in Preschool and First Grade. | Admissions Admissions and transfers.
