Per-term breakdown
- The college publishes the annual tuition amounts above for each year group. A per-term or instalment breakdown is not published on the school's published fee pages.
Application / admission fees
- No separate application fee amount is published on the school's online application materials and application PDF; the application form contains a space for a fee receipt but the published pages do not list a numeric application fee.
Boarding / hostel charges
- The Residential annual figures above are the published amounts for students taking residence at the Residential campus. The school's admission terms also refer to payment of course fee and hostel charges and require those charges to be paid within the notified date; selected candidates are required to remit prescribed course and hostel charges by the notified deadline.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Selected candidates must pay the prescribed course fee and any hostel charges within the notified date; failure to remit by the notified date can result in cancellation of admission. The college's admission documents indicate that course fees are expected to be paid in one installment unless otherwise notified.
Other costs and additional fees
- The school does not publish a comprehensive list of ancillary costs (for example, uniform, textbooks, activity fees, instrument or lab deposits, medical or insurance charges) alongside the published annual tuition figures. The day-scholar tuition line specifically notes inclusion of food and transport to the nearest Metro station; other extras such as language-specific fees (where applicable) or optional subject surcharges are not listed on the Residential fee page.
Refund policy
- The college's admission/undertaking text states that fees are to be paid in one installment and that once fee is paid it will not be refunded under any circumstances (including withdrawal, cancellation, or non-completion), and that admission not completed by payment within notified dates may be cancelled.
Accepted payment methods and payment mechanics
- The admissions FAQ and admissions pages indicate payment through cheques as an accepted method for admissions-related payments; the college's application and admission pages also describe online application submission and generation of a unique application number. Specific published details about other electronic payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, online payment gateway) are not provided on the Residential fee page. Where a payment link or receipt process is mentioned in admission materials, the school's admissions office handles the final fee remittance and timing instructions.
Practical notes for parents
- The amounts above are the published annual tuition figures for the Residential campus for Year 1 and Year 2 of the IBDP for the 2026–2027 academic year. If you are preparing financial arrangements, treat the Residential figure as the annual charge for boarders and the day-scholar figure as the annual charge for non-resident students (the day-scholar line explicitly includes food and transport to the nearest Metro station). The college's admission terms state fees are expected to be paid by the notified deadline and that fees paid are non-refundable.
Summary of missing / unpublished fee details on the Residential fee materials
- The Residential pages provide annual totals for Year 1 and Year 2 but do not publish: a per-term instalment schedule or per-term amounts; a numeric application fee on the Residential fee page; a line-by-line breakdown of what the Residential total covers (tuition vs. explicit hostel line items) beyond the label “Residential”; detailed lists of uniforms, books, activity, transport-route-specific charges, or optional subject surcharges; and a full listing of accepted electronic payment methods (beyond cheque references in admissions FAQ). Admissions
1) Application submission. The college offers admissions through online and offline applications. Online applicants complete and submit the application form via the official admission portal. Upon submission, a unique application number is emailed to the father's registered email address and must be kept for all future correspondence and admission-related queries. Offline applicants obtain and fill the hard copy application form and send it to the college office by post; once the application is received, the Admission In-Charge contacts the applicant by phone or email with next steps.
2) Verification of application and scheduling. Upon receiving the application, the Admission In-Charge verifies the submission. After verification, a date is scheduled for the student and parents to visit the campus, and the entrance test appointment details are communicated via phone or email.
3) Campus tour and orientation. During the campus visit, the college arranges a guided campus tour and an orientation session covering campus facilities, the academic environment, and the curriculum.
4) Entrance test. An entrance test of the 10th grade level is conducted for all applicants. For Science aspirants, the test covers English, Science, Mathematics, and Commerce content based on the 10th syllabus.
5) Interaction session. After the entrance test is evaluated, the Admission In-Charge conducts a one-on-one interaction with the student, followed by a discussion with the parents on the same day, and a final interaction with the Principal.
6) Communication of admission status. The final admission status is communicated to the applicant by the college office via phone or email.
Admissions
The school admits into PYP, MYP and DP. The admissions process is a conversation-based assessment with no entrance test and no academic shortlist. 01 Book a tour: reach out to schedule a visit and receive a date and what to expect on the day. 02 Visit campus: meet the admissions team, walk spaces that matter, and watch a normal day in motion; there is no presentation or sales process. 03 Submit your application: the formal step includes the application form, academic records, and any other information about the child. 04 Have a conversation: a conversation with the child and a separate one with the family to understand how they think, what they care about, and what they need.
