The school notes the enrollment fee is separate to tuition and is payable after contract signing; specific refund terms for that fee or for tuition are not published in the fee pages.
Fee payment options (methods) - The public fee pages do not list accepted payment methods (bank transfer, card payment, etc.). Contact telephone and email for the Belgrade centre are provided: +381 11 441 9770 and belgrade@londongates.org.

Admissions
Admissions
Admissions
Step 1: Admissions eligibility. Admission is based on submission of the previous school's reports, verification of date of birth with a passport or birth certificate, and an interview with the Head teacher or Principal. Registrations are accepted at any time provided there are places available, and places are offered only to children who will benefit from the school's programs. The English Curriculum begins earlier than in many countries, and entry can be discussed a year below the stated year to aid transition or account for prior schooling and language ability. Staff consult on each applicant's suitability, and the school's selection policy is not based on family background, religion or nationality.
Admissions
1. Book an educational consultation, either in person or online. The admissions team will tell you about London Gates Belgrade, answer questions you may have, and conduct an English test to help decide which group is right for your child. The consultation provides an initial sense of fit with the school's programs. This step lays the groundwork for the next steps in enrollment.
2. If the child is 7 years old and does not speak any English, there is a special first-grade group with slightly more intensive teaching. Group placement is customized through personal communication with each child to support language development. This ensures appropriate support as the child begins to learn English.
3. All new students take a placement test. The results of the language level test and the interview help select the best group for the new student. A-level groups are formed from September to November, as an exception to the standard placement process.
4. A one-month trial period is offered. At the end of the trial period, we meet to discuss the child's learning trajectory. You can join any group at any time. Holidays follow traditional Russian school holidays in quarters.
5. The school follows the Cambridge Primary Curriculum for Years 1-6. Grades 0–2 are bilingual, with half of the week in English and half in Russian; Grades 3–4 follow a fully English-medium curriculum, with Russian language and literature taught in Russian. Science and Humanities are taught in English, and Art and Drama are included as creative subjects. At the end of each academic year, students perform a major performance in English.
