Expect published figures to vary by curriculum (IB vs IGCSE) and by source. Billing schedule and payment terms - Billing frequency reported by third‑party listings varies: some class fee breakdowns are shown as monthly installments (÷12) while other listings present an annual total; a lump‑sum (annual) payment discount of 5% is reported. - Late payment / finance charges are reported in published notes (example: a finance/late fee listed at ₹500 per day in one public fee summary). Tuition may be prorated for mid‑term admissions in some published notes; other published notes state tuition is not prorated on early withdrawal. Boarding / residential fees (where applicable) - Boarding is offered for Grades 6–12. Reported one‑time and annual boarding costs include an admission/registration charge of ₹18,000 and a one‑time boarding payment (joining/security/one‑time payment) noted at about ₹180,000, with annual boarding tuition figures reported in the range of approximately ₹1,250,000 to ₹1,500,000 per year depending on curriculum (IGCSE vs IB) and the listing. - Market lists for boarding schools in the region place CIS boarding annual totals in a wider range (examples published around ₹1,350,000–₹1,700,000 per year). Other compulsory / optional costs - Transport (school bus / AC bus): reported amounts vary by source and by billing period. Examples published include approximately ₹35,000 per year on some class breakdowns, AC bus charges published as ~₹40,000 per term (with a higher per‑term charge for distances over 30 km), and other listings that show transport totals up to ~₹90,000 per year for some programmes. Refund and refundable items - Refundable items: published class fee breakdowns commonly list a refundable security deposit (example: ₹60,000). - Refund policy for tuition: some published public fee summaries explicitly state that tuition fees are non‑refundable (example: a published note that "there will be NO refunds on fees"). Other published summaries still show refundable security deposits while treating tuition as non‑refundable. Expect refundable security deposits but limited or no refund on tuition in the publicly posted fee notes. Fee payment options - Published public summaries and school admission flows indicate standard school invoicing and installment models are used; specific, universally published payment methods for this campus (credit card, bank transfer, cheque, online gateway) do not appear as a single definitive list in the public fee summaries accessed. Parents are shown to be able to pay via standard institutional billing processes and installment plans in the published materials; exact accepted payment instruments are provided directly on the school's enrollment/invoice documentation. Notes on variations and what was found - Multiple recent public summaries and school listings publish fee amounts for the 2025–2026 and 2026–2027 sessions; the numbers vary by source and by whether the listing presents annual totals, first‑year totals for a new admission (which can include one‑time security and admission charges), or class‑specific tuition figures presented as monthly equivalents. Published sources used for this overview include school listings and regional boarding‑school fee compilations that show a range of figures for day and boarding options. If you need this presented in a different layout (for example separate line items per grade with the exact source reference after each figure), that can be prepared from the published summaries noted above. | Fee details Application fees - The application fee for Std. 11 is INR 2,500, payable online via the school's Eazypay payment link. Tuition and related fees (by year/group) - Class 1 (example published breakdown for a new admission): Tuition fees INR 2,70,000 per year; Transportation (optional) INR 35,000 per year; Other fees INR 1,37,000 per year; total first-year cost for a new admission shown as INR 4,07,000. These figures are presented as annual amounts. - Board/Pre‑university stream estimates reported by fee aggregators: IGCSE-stream annual fee indicated as INR 8,50,000; ICSE-stream annual fee indicated as INR 6,05,000. A security amount of INR 2,00,000 is shown by some fee listings for admissions under certain listings. These items are reported as annual figures by fee listing services. Receipts are generated at the time of successful electronic payment. - The school follows the Indian academic year calendar (school year begins in the first week of June and closes at the end of March); billing frequency (annual, termly, or by instalment) is not listed in the admissions form text that is publicly available, but the published numbers above are shown as annual amounts or total first‑year costs. Refund information - A specific, itemised refund policy (refund percentages, deadlines, or terms for cancellation) is not detailed in the standard admission form documents that are published alongside the application forms; no explicit term-by-term refund schedule is provided in those admissions documents. Fee payment options - The school's published application/admissions materials show payments made via the Eazypay gateway with options to pay by Netbanking, Debit/Credit card, Cheque/DD (deposit at bank branch), RTGS/NEFT, and in some cases cash (limited to specified amounts). Receipts are generated on successful electronic payment. Brief note on available information - The items above combine figures published in the school's admissions materials (application fees and payment mechanisms) and class/stream fee figures reported by independent fee‑listing services. A complete, line‑by‑line per‑class, per‑term fee schedule and a formal published refund schedule were not present in the publicly available admissions documents examined; the stated annual amounts and the application payment process are the specific fee details available in the admissions documents and third‑party fee listings. |

In World Language classes (French, Hindi, Mandarin, Spanish), EAL students attend small English-language classes to further support language development; Grade 9-10 EAL students participate in the IGCSE program to prepare for the IB program. EAL teachers collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers, and CIS uses the WIDA standards and the Can Do philosophy to guide language development. | English as an additional language — |

Admissions
|
Admissions The CIS admissions process starts with an online enquiry to create an admissions account. After creating the account, you complete the admissions forms and upload documents to your student's dashboard. Schedule your school visit Monday–Friday, 9 am to 3 pm; appointments last about 1.5 hours. Once you submit the application details, the admissions office provides information to schedule a family conversation and a campus tour; long‑distance families can use a virtual school tour. Step 3 is scheduling Shadow Days for Kindergarten or an Entrance Test for Grades 1–11; long‑distance families can have Entrance Tests (Grades 3–10) at the current school, and for Kindergarten long‑distance applicants a confirmation that the Kindergarten Admission Guidelines are met is required.
