Using the published annual tuition above and the school's term billing pattern, a straightforward per-term estimate is the annual figure divided by three. These per-term figures are calculated here as an inferred instalment amount (rounded to the nearest Egyptian pound): - FS1 per term (inferred): EGP 41,533. - FS2 per term (inferred): EGP 45,933. - Years 1–2 per term (inferred): EGP 56,567. - Years 3–6 per term (inferred): EGP 56,333. - Years 7–12 per term (inferred): EGP 63,667. Billing schedule and payment terms - Fees are billed according to the school's academic-term schedule; the school posts specific due dates at the start of each term (examples of ‘‘First Term / Second Term / Third Term — Fees Due'' appear on the school calendar). Parents should expect term-by-term billing tied to the three-term academic calendar. Acceptance into the school is finalised by payment of the applicable fees. Transport and other recurring fees - Annual transport (bus) fee (published): EGP 22,900. - Assessment / admissions test fee: EGP 400 (see Application / Assessment Fees above). - Published tuition amounts are noted as including books and some activities. Boarding - Boarding is not offered. The school operates as a day school (bus/transport is provided). Other costs and typical extras - Uniforms: School uniform items (jumpers, PE kit, blazers, house shirts, etc.) are sold via the school's uniform shop and are required; parents should budget separately for the uniform package. Examples of required items and school-issued uniform guidance are published in the school's uniform documents and newsletters. - School trips, activity charges and one-off event costs: occasional trip or event fees are charged per activity (example item in school communications: a trip cost notice of EGP 95 for a single event). Extracurricular and trip charges are additional to tuition and transport and are billed as needed. - External exam/assessment charges: examination-entry or awarding-body fees (IGCSE, A‑Level, IB charges) are billed separately when applicable and are payable by parents to the school or examining body. The school lists assessment/exam charges separately in admissions/exam communications. Refund information - No publicly-published, detailed refund policy for tuition, acceptance/registration, or transport fees was located in the school's publicly-available documents. Acceptance is documented as being finalised with payment of applicable fees. For refunds or questions about cancellations/withdrawals, contact the school's admissions/finance office directly. Fee payment options (typical channels and how to proceed) - The school's registrar and admissions office handle fee administration; contact details are provided by the school for payment enquiries. Typical payment channels used by international schools in New Cairo include bank deposit/transfer, in‑school payment, and card payments through school payment portals or national school-payment services. Where specific payment methods for a given year are required, parents arrange payment directly with the school's finance office at the time of enrolment. Quick practical notes for a parent completing an application or preparing to pay - Expect an assessment fee of EGP 400 at application/entry. - Budget the published annual tuition by year group and plan for three term instalments (per-term estimates provided above are inferred from the annual figures and the school's three-term billing calendar). - Add transport, uniforms, exam-entry and trip/activity charges to your annual cost planning. Brief note on currency and effective year of the figures provided - The figures above are expressed in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The published annual tuition and listed assessment/transport figures used here were those available in public school listings (published for the 2024/2025 academic year). No specific 2025/2026 or 2026/2027 fee schedule was located in the school's public materials; billing days and term-due structure are taken from the school calendar. If you require the school's official current fee schedule for contract or formal listing purposes, contact the school's admissions/finance office (registrar@cesegypt.com or telephone as listed by the school). | Fee details Application & assessment fees - Reregistration / admission charges: a one‑off reregistration fee of EGP 15,000 is applied at Hayah International Academy West. - Assessment fee: an assessment/placement fee of EGP 600 is charged at Hayah International Academy West. Tuition — per term / billing detail - Hayah issues school tuition as an annual amount; families can choose to settle tuition in full or on instalment programs supported by the school. Instalment options include monthly instalments through the school's e‑invoice/PayFort link, ValU monthly plans, and bank‑card instalments (CIB 12‑month 0% interest plan for eligible cardholders). Payments can also be made by cash, cheque or card at the school cashier, or by bank transfer/deposit to the school account. Accounts office hours are available Sunday–Thursday mornings and early afternoons for in‑person settlement. - When invoices are issued on a term basis, the per‑term amount equals the published annual tuition divided by the number of billed instalments on the invoice; families selecting monthly instalments will see the annual tuition spread across the chosen instalment schedule. Boarding / residential provision - Hayah International Academy operates as a day school; no boarding fees apply because the school does not offer boarding facilities. Other costs and recurring extras - School bus (transport): the school offers bus/transport services; transport is charged separately from tuition (amounts are route‑dependent and published to families at registration). - Uniform: students are required to wear the school uniform; uniform costs are charged separately and are not included in the headline tuition figures. - Books, activities and resources: at the Hayah West campus, books, activities and resources are included within the published tuition for that campus. - Extra curricular trips, specialist exams, external examination fees (IB/American external exam costs), elective course charges, optional after‑school activities and some field trips are invoiced separately when applicable. Refunds and cancellations - Refunds are processed only through the original mode of payment used for the transaction. Online payment terms state that refunds are returned by the same payment channel that was used. Fee payment options and payment terms - Accepted payment channels: online e‑invoice with PayFort (credit card full payment or instalments for specific banks), ValU instalment plans, in‑person cash/cheque/credit card at the school cashier, and bank transfer/deposit to the school account. Specific online instalment schemes work with CIB, Alexandria, Al‑Tijari Wafa, Al‑Mashreq, EmiratesNBD, Alex Bank and Bank Misr; CIB cardholders may access a 12‑month 0% instalment plan where eligible. Accounts staff handle payments during weekday school hours. - Credit‑card handling: some card payments may incur a handling fee; instalment interest/fees depend on the chosen provider and card issuer instalment program. Summary of the fee schedule provided above - Annual tuition figures by year group are the published headline amounts available from current school listings; the school provides multiple payment choices (full payment, monthly instalments, third‑party finance partners) and charges separate, specific fees for registration/assessment and for transport, uniform, and optional activities where applicable. Note: the figures above are the latest published annual tuition and fee items available from current school listings and campus notices; specific per‑term invoice values and some one‑off charges (for example transport route charges, exact uniform package pricing, and certain exam/IB external fees) are issued directly to families at registration and on invoicing documents. |
