The Buckswood brand expanded internationally from 2009, opening Buckswood School Tbilisi in Georgia, followed by Buckswood School Nigeria, forming a global network. The Riyadh campus represents the brand's latest expansion, with Buckswood Riyadh Education School Co. LLC established to operate kindergarten through secondary levels. The company was formed with a capital of SAR 100,000, with 80% owned by Ataa Educational Company and 20% by Buckswood Global Education; the license to operate Buckswood Riyadh was issued on August 1, 2024.
