Admissions 1. Welcome and initial contact. The dedicated BSJ admissions team is available to support you throughout the application process. To schedule an appointment with the Admissions team or arrange a school tour, fill out the enquiry form. Enquiries can be made online or in person. 2. Review the School Prospectus and Admissions Policy. View the BSJ School Prospectus and the Admissions Policy 2022-2023 to understand the school's admissions framework. 3. Submit your application. BSJ welcomes applications throughout the academic year, subject to availability. There are separate Application Forms for Foreign Students and Indonesian Students. Before starting the formal application, ensure you have the required documents; for International Passport Holders, documents include a passport/visa and residence records, school reports, reference letters, and related materials; Indonesian Passport Holders have their own documentation requirements listed under the application process. 4. Year Group Placement and fees. New students are assessed after enrolment to confirm appropriate year group placement. For 2026/2027, BSJ provides a Year Group Placement with an age-to-year mapping, and school fees for 2026/2027 are published, detailing annual fees plus any additional levies; fees can be paid annually or termly for most year groups, with Year 12–13 payable annually. | Admissions Join SPH by scheduling a personalized consultation with the Admissions Team to learn about SPH and the admissions process. Scholarships — | Scholarships SPH Scholarships include Breakthrough Scholarships for Grades 6–11, with three schemes: Excellence (100%), Premier (75%), and Thrive (25%). These awards provide tuition funding through Grade 12. Indonesian students of any religion and financial background may apply. Campus-specific grade levels and scholarship amounts are: Lippo Village 7–11 (25%–100%), Sentul City 6–11 (50%–100%), Lippo Cikarang 7–9 (25%–100%), Kemang Village 7–11 (50%–100%), Pluit Village 7–10 (50%–100%). The application timeline generally runs mid-June to late August/early September (e.g., Lippo Village 16 June–10 August 2025; Sentul City 16 June–5 September 2025; Lippo Cikarang 16 June–7 August 2025; Kemang Village 16 June–5 September 2025; Pluit Village 16 June–5 September 2025). The test includes Mathematics, English speaking, English writing, Bahasa Indonesia (campus-dependent), and an interview; tests are in-person and last about 2–3 hours. A registration fee is required, discounted by 50% for scholarship applicants and is non-refundable. A meeting with the Scholarship Committee may require at least one parent to attend. If a scholarship is not granted, a student may be admitted as a regular candidate. |
