Admissions Nursery through Year 9 (ages 3 to 14). The admissions journey comprises five steps: Enquiry, Visit, Application, Offer and Secure. Enquiry: contact the Admissions Team via the enquiry form, email or telephone for a personalised response. Visit: visit the campus or arrange an online meeting with the Admissions Officer and school staff. Application: complete the application electronically via the web form and submit the required documents, including evidence of previous education; a Trial and Assessment Day may be requested. Offer: offers are based on the application form, previous school reports and year-group availability; offers include a seven-day window to accept by email and to sign the school agreement. Secure: complete admissions paperwork and pay the required fees. Open Day: an Open Day is scheduled periodically (for example, 15 April). | Admissions Thames British School Warsaw accepts students aged 2.5 to 18 years old and conducts admissions throughout the year. Scholarships The school has scholarships and university partnerships through International Schools Partnership (ISP). Students gain financial support and direct pathways to top universities worldwide, with over 100 global university partnerships and more than €2.6 million in scholarships awarded to students. | Scholarships Thames British School offers two scholarship tracks for Upper Secondary (IGCSE) and IB Diploma Programmes: Academic Scholarship and Outstanding Merit Scholarship. Scholarships are awarded to Year 10 and Year 12 candidates who demonstrate excellent capacity through entrance examinations and the scholarship admission process. Entrance requirements include a minimum 80% in Mathematics and CEFR English at level C1. There are five scholarships awarded each year: one 100%, two 75%, and two 50% discounts on the yearly school fees. Thames Primary School alumni may also apply. Scholarships are valid for two academic years and recipients must maintain high academic results, good behaviour, and at least 90% attendance; eligibility is reviewed by a committee, and results must be certified by June 30 for continuation. |
