Fee details Application / Registration fee (Matrícula) - The school charges a matrícula (registration/application) for enrollment. The available arancel proposal states the matrícula will be billed in the months of October–December preceding the next academic year; the document does not specify the exact monetary amount. Tuition fees by year group (billing format and amounts shown) - Billing format: tuition is billed as 10 equal monthly installments (one installment each month from March through December). In addition the school charges one extra monthly amount described as a "maintenance" fee equal to one monthly installment; that maintenance fee is collected by halves in June and July. Annual cost therefore equals 11 monthly payments (10 monthly installments + 1 maintenance installment). - Nursery / Kindergarten (Jardín de Infantes): - Sala de 2, 3 y 4 años: ARS 33,226 per monthly installment (paid as 10 installments March–December). Annual total (10 installments + maintenance = 11 payments): ARS 365,486. - Sala de 5 años: ARS 74,936 per monthly installment. Annual total (11 payments): ARS 824,296. - Primary (Primaria): - Grades 1–5: ARS 74,936 per monthly installment. Annual total (11 payments): ARS 824,296. - Grade 6: ARS 79,850 per monthly installment. Annual total (11 payments): ARS 878,350. - Secondary (Secundaria): - Per-month installment: ARS 89,610. Annual total (11 payments): ARS 985,710. Billing schedule and payment terms - Payment schedule: ten monthly installments charged March through December; maintenance fee equal to one monthly installment collected in two halves in June and July. Due date window for monthly payments is from the 1st to the 10th of each month. - Late-payment charges: a 10% surcharge applies to installments paid after the due date; if a payment remains unpaid by the first day of the following month an additional punitive interest of 6% per month (cumulative) is applied. Boarding / Accommodation fees - The institution is a Day School (Bartolomé Mitre Day School); there is no boarding program listed. No boarding or pension fees are published. Other costs and fees - Maintenance fee: one extra monthly installment (equal to a regular monthly installment) charged across June and July by halves; this is billed in addition to the 10 monthly installments. Annual totals above include this maintenance installment. - Uniforms, textbooks, school materials, activity excursions, external examination fees, extracurricular program fees, and optional extended-day services are not itemized in the publicly available arancel proposal; these additional costs may apply but no explicit amounts or payment rules for them are published in the available document. Refunds and cancellations - The available arancel proposal does not specify a refund or cancellation policy for tuition, matrícula, maintenance fee, or other charges. No refund amounts or conditions are published in the material located. Fee payment options - The arancel proposal and the publicly viewable school pages list payment timing, installment counts and penalties but do not publish specific accepted payment channels (for example: bank transfer, credit card, online payment platforms). Payment channels and accepted methods are not specified in the available documents. Brief note on recency and available information - The numeric tuition amounts and the billing rules provided above are taken from the school's arancel proposal document labeled "Propuesta Arancelaria 2023," which presents the fee structure (10 monthly installments, maintenance fee, due dates, late charges) and explicit per-installment amounts for the items listed. That document is the most recent public fee schedule located during the review; a complete, itemized fee schedule expressly labelled for the current academic year was not found publicly. Where specific items (matrícula amount, uniform costs, accepted payment channels, refund policy language) are not stated in the available document, they are reported above as not specified. | Fee details Application (one-time) fees - Registration (cuota única de inscripción) charged once at completion of the admission process and non‑refundable except where the school cancels the admission: - Initial (Sala) — ARS 56,340.00. - Primary — ARS 75,010.00. - Secondary — ARS 96,020.00. Enrollment / matriculation fee (Matrícula) - The matrícula equals one monthly tuition installment for the course level and is payable in January (due date stated in the contract). The matrícula amounts (standard and reduced if paid via automatic bank debit) are: - Initial — Sala 2/3/4 years: ARS 83,830.00 (standard) / ARS 80,480.00 (automatic debit). - Educación Inicial (extended initial level): ARS 99,490.00 / ARS 95,510.00. - Primary 1º–3º grade: ARS 111,680.00 / ARS 107,210.00. - Primary 4º–5º grade: ARS 129,100.00 / ARS 123,930.00. - Primary 6º grade: ARS 143,260.00 / ARS 137,530.00. - Secondary 1º year: ARS 158,660.00 / ARS 152,310.00. - Secondary 2º–6º years: ARS 172,610.00 / ARS 165,710.00. - The matrícula is refundable in full if the family withdraws the registration before the date specified in the contract for that year (contract examples show a mid‑February cutoff) or if the school cancels the registration. The matrícula is not prorated for mid‑year entry. Tuition (aranceles) — monthly and annual - Tuition is billed in eleven (11) consecutive monthly installments (February through December), each installment due on the 5th of the month (installments paid by automatic debit follow the bank's debit schedule). The published monthly tuition (standard / automatic debit) matches the matrícula amounts above. Annual tuition (sum of 11 monthly installments) therefore equals monthly amount × 11. Examples: - Initial — Sala 2/3/4 years: ARS 83,830.00 per month → ARS 922,130.00 per year (standard). ARS 80,480.00 per month → ARS 885,280.00 per year (automatic debit). - Educación Inicial: ARS 99,490.00 per month → ARS 1,094,390.00 per year (standard). ARS 165,710.00 per month → ARS 1,822,810.00 per year (automatic debit). - Tuition invoices are generated monthly; the educational contract is annual and monthly installments remain due even if the pupil leaves during the year (no proration of previously invoiced months). Billing schedule and payment terms - Tuition (aranceles) is invoiced in 11 monthly installments from February through December, due on the 5th of each month when paid by bank deposit/transfer. - If paid by automatic debit in the linked bank account, the debit schedule may show a due/debit date that operates (per contract) on the 7th of the month; reduced amounts for matrícula/arancel apply when debit automatic is used. - Late payment generates administrative charges calculated on the active 30‑day discount rate in pesos charged by the Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires; prolonged arrears may suspend discounts and may condition continuation of certain activities or school services. - Sibling discount schedule (applies where same billing account holder is responsible for multiple children): first sibling 20%; second sibling 40%; third sibling 60%; fourth sibling 80%; fifth sibling 100% (subject to on‑time payment conditions). Boarding - St. Hilda's College does not publish boarding fees; the school presents itself as a day school and the contract and fee schedules make no provision for boarding charges. Other costs and optional charges - Mandatory or occasional additional charges that may be invoiced when applicable: - Educational scholarship insurance (covers matrícula and tuition in case of insured parent's death or total permanent disability): ARS 2,540.00 per pupil per month (value referenced as of January 2023). - Extracurricular workshops (music, sports): optional; fees announced when activity is scheduled. - Lunch / catering: optional; price announced at start of the year (different modalities available). - International exam fees (Cambridge IGCSE, AS/A level and related diplomas): charged when applicable; examples given for reference in earlier contract years (values quoted in pesos and USD for 2022/2023 examples). - Study trips, camps and representation trips: optional; costs announced at time of each activity. - Didactic materials (books, workbooks): mandatory; costs announced but capped so they do not exceed 15% of the monthly tuition without discounts. - School photos and other optional services: charged when offered. - Damages or loss of school property (books, computers, etc.) are charged to the family at replacement cost. Refunds and cancellations - Registration fee (cuota única de inscripción) is charged once and is non‑refundable except where the school exercises its admission cancellation right within the first year. - Matrícula (enrollment payment) is refundable in full if the family withdraws before the contractual cutoff date set each year (contracts give a mid‑February deadline as the applicable example) or if the school cancels the registration. - Monthly tuition already billed remains due for the contract year; the contract clarifies that the service agreement is annual and obligations persist even if the pupil stops attending. Accepted payment methods and details - Bank deposit / transfer to Asociación Civil Colegio Santa Hilda (CUIT 30‑52922615‑9) in the following accounts: - Banco Santander Río: Account Nº 091‑000024/6 — CBU 0720091520000000002468 — Alias: MENTA.TEMPLO.NORTE. - Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires: Account Nº 116‑4250‑5 — CBU 0070250020000000116451 — Alias: LIMON.HOMBRO.JARRA. - Automatic bank debit (direct debit) is available; families must sign the adhesion form available from the Administration. Automatic debit gives a reduced fee option for matrícula and arancel as shown above and debits operate on the bank's schedule (contract notes debit date as the 7th when processed via this system). - The contract also allows for other payment modalities defined by the Administration; specific card payment acceptance is not enumerated in the contract excerpt. - The school invoices monthly and payments via the indicated bank accounts are due on the invoice due date. |

Social & emotional learning

Social & emotional learning In the early years, children are accompanied by bilingual teachers who complement the family's educational role across different pedagogical areas. In the learning process, using creative play as the main teaching resource, we promote the acquisition of meaningful knowledge, respecting each child's individuality and stimulating the development of their potential. To stimulate creative capacity we introduce reading, writing and arithmetic, integrating cultural traditions and fostering verbal and nonverbal expression. We ensure at all times to promote attitudes of solidarity and willingness to dialogue. Our purpose—in community with students, families, and staff teams—is that in this stage the child forms bonds of affection and trust, bonds that give him or her security and a desire to learn. Strengthening Bonds: We are convinced that by stimulating the ability to empathize with others as someone different, we encourage our students from an early age to care for themselves and others, both physically and intellectually and morally, contributing to the formation of reflective, compassionate, responsible, and autonomous people. | Social & emotional learning Counselling Programme for students focuses on personal and social development, with support and vocational orientation under the supervision of a professional team. Admissions — | Admissions Admissions welcomes you to the admissions process. We are pleased to welcome new families to our college so they can see for themselves the richness of our educational offering. Our community works hard to provide students with a learning environment that is engaging and dynamic, embracing the pioneering spirit our founders demonstrated more than 114 years ago. The challenges of the global situation have enriched the educational offering by incorporating tools that complement daily learning. You are invited to see the St. Hilda's community in action by scheduling an informational interview. Inquiries; Apply to St. Hilda's; Scholarship Program; Download Brochure; Refer a Family.
