Admissions 1. The school serves students from over 52 nationalities and the language of instruction is English and Standard Arabic. Qualified students are welcomed regardless of race, religion, color, or nationality. Admissions operate on a first-come, first-served basis based on seat availability and the age of the child. The admissions cycle for the next academic year will open from January onwards of the current academic year, and booking seats for returning students starts in January. 2. The academic year begins at the end of August or early September and ends in June or July, as stipulated by the UAE Ministry of Education. The school consists of two semesters with winter, spring, and summer breaks. The school is closed on UAE public holidays. 3. Age policy: new joiners will be fit to join the grade/year depending on the student's date of birth. There are defined age ranges by grade from Pre-KG through Grade 12, and placement is determined by the DOB. Admission is also based on seat availability and age considerations. 4. The school requires that all students undertake the Ministry of Education subjects, and Muslim students are further required to enroll for Islamic Studies and learn the Quran. 5. For inquiries from overseas, please fill in the online query form or call 0097165055021. The registration department assists with inquiries and registration procedures, and you can start the process by registering interest online via the provided button. Staff are available to help guide prospective families through required steps and timelines. | Admissions Next Generation School uses a structured admissions process. Age ranges are: Pre-KG (3+ by August 31 for September start or March 31 for April start), KG1 (4+ by August 31 for September; March 31 for April), and KG2 (5+ by August 31 for September; March 31 for April). Steps to apply: (1) Parents/Guardians fill out the Application Form and submit it to the Registrar's office. (2) An application fee is required and covers a placement test later; this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. (3) A non-refundable admission deposit of 10% of total school fees is required to secure the seat; the deposit is applied toward the first quarterly payment. (4) All supporting documents listed in the Information Packet must be submitted to the Registrar to complete the process. The Registrar's office is open for walk-ins and registrations between 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. on Fridays. The school requires an up-to-date immunization record or a notarized English copy; without this, admission cannot be completed. A Transfer Certificate is required; if transferring within Dubai, the previous school will send the TC electronically after accounts are cleared; if applying from outside Dubai, submit the TC on the school letterhead, signed, stamped, and attested; the Registrar assists with attestations. If a withdrawal occurs during the academic year, fees are deducted according to the school's refunds policy (1 month if two weeks or less; two months if two weeks to one month; three months if more than a month).
