Fee details
|
Fee details Application fees - No public figure for a registration, application, reservation or enrollment fee for new or returning pupils is published in the school's public admissions or economic-regime material. Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year) - There is no publicly posted schedule showing tuition amounts by year group, term or academic year for Infantil, Primaria, ESO or Bachillerato. No per-term or per-year tuition table was located in the school's admissions or economic-regime sections. Billing schedule and payment terms - No published billing schedule (for example: number of instalments, due dates, or early‑payment discounts), nor standard payment terms (deadlines, late fees, or automatic debit policies) were found in the school's public materials. The site references a “Régimen Económico” but a detailed fee schedule and payment timetable are not publicly available there. Boarding fees (if applicable) - The school's public information indicates the campus has the capacity for on‑site rooms (a possible boarding provision is mentioned), but no boarding‑specific fees, monthly room rates, nightly rates, or board‑and‑lodging tariffs are published. Other costs and typical extras (uniform, meals, transport, activities) - Services listed publicly include school meals (comedor), school transport (ruta), extended hours (horario ampliado) and uniform requirements, but no public pricing is given for uniforms, daily/term meal plans, transport routes or extra‑curricular activities. No specific amounts for materials, books, exam or Cambridge/IB fees were posted in the available public pages. Refund information - No public refund policy, reimbursement schedule for cancelled enrolments, or terms for returning deposits/matriculation fees was found in the school's publicly accessible admissions or economic information. Fee payment options (credit card / bank transfer / other) - No specific, published list of accepted payment methods (for example: credit card, bank transfer, direct debit, cash) or online payment portal details was found on the school's public admissions or economic information pages. Contact channels are provided publicly for enquiries but payment method details are not published. Summary of search outcome - A search of the school's public admissions and community material located links and references to an economic‑regime document and to services (comedor, ruta, uniformidad, horario ampliado), but no downloadable or displayed fee schedule for the current academic year with concrete amounts, billing schedules, payment terms, boarding rates, uniform costs, refund rules or accepted payment methods was found. Because no definitive fee figures or policy texts are publicly posted in the material reviewed, the specific monetary values and formal refund/payment conditions cannot be given here. | Fee details Application / Registration Fee - A single registration/enrolment (matrícula) fee is listed at EUR 430 for new students. Families should expect that tuition is billed on a periodic basis (monthly or annually) and that an enrollment fee is payable on admission. Boarding fees - SEK International School — Ciudalcampo operates as a day school; there is no boarding provision listed. No boarding fees apply. Other costs and common additional fees - School meal (comedor) service is shown separately with an example annual cost reported at EUR 2,300; bringing meals and transport as additional optional costs. Transport (school bus) is offered as an extra paid service. Excursions and some external activities are not included in tuition. - Extracurricular activity fees, specialty academies (e.g., high-performance sports) and some materials or specific program charges may be additional to the tuition and are billed separately. - Uniform costs are not published in the publicly-available listings reviewed. Refund information - No publicly-available refund policy or schedule for withdrawal/termination of enrolment was found in the materials reviewed for the current academic year. Refund terms for enrollment, deposits, or tuition are not published in the sources consulted. Fee payment options - Specific payment-method details (for example: bank transfer, direct debit, credit card acceptance) and exact billing-cycle options are not published in the public listings reviewed. Typical practice in comparable private international schools is to offer bank transfer/direct debit and card payment options and to permit annual, semester or monthly billing arrangements; however, no definitive payment-method list for SEK Ciudalcampo is posted in the sources consulted. Notes on scholarships and financial assistance - The SEK group operates a scholarships programme; scholarship opportunities are available within the SEK network for the academic year referenced in SEK group materials. Details and availability for individual campuses (including Ciudalcampo) are subject to the school's own scholarships policy. Summary of findings (limitations) - Public-facing pages for SEK International School — Ciudalcampo do not publish a complete, itemised official fee schedule or detailed billing terms for the current academic year. The numerical fees provided above are taken from published third‑party school listings that report enrollment, monthly and example annual amounts; those listings also show typical additional costs (meals, transport, other charges). Where the school's official, itemised billing schedule, payment-method policy, per‑term rates, uniform costs and refund policy are not published, no precise per‑term figures or formal refund-policy language could be confirmed from the school's public materials. |
