Any bank charges incurred are payable by the payer. Supplemental charges and additional-service invoices are issued separately and must be paid by electronic transfer. - Late or defaulted payments incur interest at 2% per month on the unpaid balance and a fixed administration indemnity of EUR 125 per unpaid invoice. No refund is due if Notification of Withdrawal is received after 31 October even if the child leaves before 31 January. If the student leaves on 1 February or later, no reimbursement of fees is made.
