(monthly): - Full programme (includes two snacks and the meal): EUR 1,070 per month. Annual totals and per-term amounts (calculation method stated below) - Calculation method used here: the school calendar shows the instructional year running from 1 September to early July; that span corresponds to approximately ten months of schooling. Annual tuition amounts below are therefore calculated as monthly fee × 10. A three-term academic billing split is presented as Term 1 = 3 months, Term 2 = 3 months, Term 3 = 4 months (term month counts align with the school calendar). These per-term amounts are calculated from the monthly figures above. - Pre-Maternelle / M1–M2: - Monthly: EUR 558. - Annual (monthly × 10): EUR 5,580. - Per term: Term 1 (3 months) EUR 1,674; Term 2 (3 months) EUR 1,674; Term 3 (4 months) EUR 2,232. - Meal package (monthly EUR 173): annual EUR 1,730; per-term: EUR 519 / EUR 519 / EUR 692. - Full-time option (monthly EUR 810): annual EUR 8,100; per-term: EUR 2,430 / EUR 2,430 / EUR 3,240. - Maternelle (GS) – CM2: - Monthly: EUR 730. - Annual (monthly × 10): EUR 7,300. - Per term: Term 1 EUR 2,190; Term 2 EUR 2,190; Term 3 EUR 2,920. - Dispositif F.L.E.: - Monthly: EUR 1,070. - Annual (monthly × 10): EUR 10,700. - Per term: Term 1 EUR 3,210; Term 2 EUR 3,210; Term 3 EUR 4,280. Options and other recurring costs - Wednesday-morning activities: EUR 70 per month (maternelle); EUR 80 per month (primaire). - Supervised study (étude surveillée, primaire): EUR 85 per month. - School transport (ramassage scolaire): - Morning on Nice (4 days): EUR 40 per month. - Morning outside Nice (4 days): EUR 95 per month. - Evening on Nice (4 days): EUR 40 per month. - Evening outside Nice (4 days): EUR 95 per month. Discounts and sibling reductions - A sibling discount applies: 5% off tuition for the second child from the same family; 10% off tuition for the third child from the same family. Billing schedule and payment terms - At registration: a deposit of EUR 550 plus payment of the annual fees (registration, administrative, pedagogical materials, spectacle participation) are required. Monthly tuition is quoted and the school's calendar shows the instructional year runs from 1 September to early July; the figures above present monthly, inferred annual, and per-term amounts accordingly. - Parents must provide a RIB (bank account details) as part of the enrollment documentation, indicating bank transfer details are used for account setup and payments. No explicit statement of acceptance of credit-card payments or other specific payment channels is published in the fee documents. Boarding fees - Boarding is not applicable. The school is a maternelle and primaire day school; no boarding fees are published. Uniforms and additional one-off items - The 2025/2026 fee schedules list the annual material/package fees and show optional and recurring costs (transport, activities, study) but do not list a compulsory uniform fee for that academic year. (An older fee document from a previous year referenced a clothing package; that item is not shown in the 2025/2026 fee documents.) Refund information - The published 2025/2026 tariff documents specify required deposits and annual fees payable at registration but do not publish a refund policy or rules for pro rata refunds within the tariff files. No explicit refund terms are listed in the fee schedules. Fee payment options (methods stated in school documentation) - A RIB (bank account details) must be provided at enrollment; this indicates bank transfer is a payment channel used for billing. No other individual payment channels (for example explicit credit-card acceptance) are specified in the published fee documents. Notes on calculations included above - Monthly tuition amounts are the figures published in the school's 2025/2026 fee documents; the annual totals and per-term totals above are calculated by multiplying the published monthly amount by ten months and by allocating months to three terms (Term 1 = 3 months; Term 2 = 3 months; Term 3 = 4 months) to align with the school calendar. These annual and per-term totals are presented to give clear per-term and per-year figures for parent planning. | Fee details Application / registration fees - Registration fee (initial): EUR 400 per family. - Participation in school materials: EUR 250 per child (paid at registration). - Re-registration fees (returning pupils): EUR 450 for the 1st child and EUR 350 for the 2nd child (per child; includes registration and material participation). School bus (ramassage scolaire): EUR 100 return / EUR 60 one-way. Annual / per-term equivalents and billing detail (how the school bills) - The published tariff is an annual, fixed price. Tuition is billed on a 10-month instalment basis when paid monthly. The monthly amount shown (EUR 975) is the instalment amount; annual equivalent = EUR 975 × 10 = EUR 9,750. This annual figure is calculated from the school's stated monthly instalment system (calculation provided here as a straightforward multiplication of the stated monthly instalment). - Per-term (approximate) breakdown: if you allocate the annual amount to three school terms, the approximate per-term amount is EUR 3,250 (annual EUR 9,750 ÷ 3). The school's published contract treats the price as an annual fixed sum and does not list a formal per-term tariff; the per-term number above is an approximate allocation for budgeting purposes only. Billing schedule and payment terms - Payment frequency: the school accepts annual payment or payment in ten monthly instalments (monthly instalments are payable in advance). For annual payment made before 15 September, a 5% reduction on the tuition amount is applied (not applicable to Mini-Club). Monthly instalments are normally collected according to the school's monthly schedule. - Non‑resident families: a non‑refundable deposit equal to three months of tuition is required for families not domiciled in the region. - Late or failed payments: a rejected direct debit or unpaid instalment leads to bank charges added to the invoice; repeated rejected instalments may result in suspension of direct debit and immediate exigibility of the balance. Failure to remedy a late payment can lead to contract termination after formal notice. Fee payment options (accepted methods and practical notes) - The school accepts bank transfers and direct debits (prélèvements). For transfers or direct debits from foreign banks, the ordering party bears any bank charges. After a rejected direct debit, payment must be made by cheque or in cash if requested by the school. These are the payment methods and administrative consequences specifically described in the school contract. Boarding - Boarding is not offered. The school operates as a day school with opening hours and extended day care (Baby Club / Mini-Club) rather than boarding provision. Other compulsory or frequent additional costs - Uniform / tablier: a school smock (tablier) is compulsory in maternelle and uniforms are compulsory in primaire. Uniforms and tabliers must be ordered through the school's designated supplier (Sofrenchschool); the supplier's site handles payment and sizing. Specific prices for uniforms are set by the supplier and are billed separately. - School meals: occasional meal charges and refunds are defined (see refunds section below); the weekly menus and any special-diet arrangements are managed by the school. Additional per-activity club fees (robotics, chess, languages, sport classes, etc.) are charged separately to parents when applicable. Refunds, cancellations and contract exit - Registration and dossier fees are non‑refundable in all cases. The participation fee for school materials is refundable only if the registration is cancelled before 15 April. The school treats tuition as an annual fixed price; except for restaurant and mini‑club fees, annual tuition fees are generally due even if the pupil leaves during the school year, subject to limited exceptions (death, long-term illness, parental job-related mutation to another department, or other justified force majeure). When a pupil departs during the year, a two-month notice remains due unless otherwise agreed with the Direction. In case of absence for more than one week and supported by a medical certificate, school meal fees are refundable at EUR 4 per meal. Summary of the most commonly asked numeric items (2025–2026 academic year) - Tuition (maternelle and primaire, full-time): EUR 975 per month; annual equivalent EUR 9,750 (monthly instalment ×10). - Initial registration: EUR 400 per family; participation in materials EUR 250 per child. Re-registration: EUR 450 (1st child) / EUR 350 (2nd child). - Mini-Club Mercredi: EUR 70 per month; Mini-Club Vacances: EUR 70 per month; occasional full day + meal EUR 60; half day EUR 40; half day + meal EUR 47. Bus: EUR 100 return / EUR 60 one-way. FLE/ESL: EUR 80 per month. (Information presented above reflects the school's published fee schedule and contract terms for the 2025–2026 academic year.) |
