(monthly): - Full programme (includes two snacks and the meal): EUR 1,070 per month. Annual totals and per-term amounts (calculation method stated below) - Calculation method used here: the school calendar shows the instructional year running from 1 September to early July; that span corresponds to approximately ten months of schooling. Annual tuition amounts below are therefore calculated as monthly fee × 10. A three-term academic billing split is presented as Term 1 = 3 months, Term 2 = 3 months, Term 3 = 4 months (term month counts align with the school calendar). These per-term amounts are calculated from the monthly figures above. - Pre-Maternelle / M1–M2: - Monthly: EUR 558. - Annual (monthly × 10): EUR 5,580. - Per term: Term 1 (3 months) EUR 1,674; Term 2 (3 months) EUR 1,674; Term 3 (4 months) EUR 2,232. - Meal package (monthly EUR 173): annual EUR 1,730; per-term: EUR 519 / EUR 519 / EUR 692. - Full-time option (monthly EUR 810): annual EUR 8,100; per-term: EUR 2,430 / EUR 2,430 / EUR 3,240. - Maternelle (GS) – CM2: - Monthly: EUR 730. - Annual (monthly × 10): EUR 7,300. - Per term: Term 1 EUR 2,190; Term 2 EUR 2,190; Term 3 EUR 2,920. - Dispositif F.L.E.: - Monthly: EUR 1,070. - Annual (monthly × 10): EUR 10,700. - Per term: Term 1 EUR 3,210; Term 2 EUR 3,210; Term 3 EUR 4,280. Options and other recurring costs - Wednesday-morning activities: EUR 70 per month (maternelle); EUR 80 per month (primaire). - Supervised study (étude surveillée, primaire): EUR 85 per month. - School transport (ramassage scolaire): - Morning on Nice (4 days): EUR 40 per month. - Morning outside Nice (4 days): EUR 95 per month. - Evening on Nice (4 days): EUR 40 per month. - Evening outside Nice (4 days): EUR 95 per month. Discounts and sibling reductions - A sibling discount applies: 5% off tuition for the second child from the same family; 10% off tuition for the third child from the same family. Billing schedule and payment terms - At registration: a deposit of EUR 550 plus payment of the annual fees (registration, administrative, pedagogical materials, spectacle participation) are required. Monthly tuition is quoted and the school's calendar shows the instructional year runs from 1 September to early July; the figures above present monthly, inferred annual, and per-term amounts accordingly. - Parents must provide a RIB (bank account details) as part of the enrollment documentation, indicating bank transfer details are used for account setup and payments. No explicit statement of acceptance of credit-card payments or other specific payment channels is published in the fee documents. Boarding fees - Boarding is not applicable. The school is a maternelle and primaire day school; no boarding fees are published. Uniforms and additional one-off items - The 2025/2026 fee schedules list the annual material/package fees and show optional and recurring costs (transport, activities, study) but do not list a compulsory uniform fee for that academic year. (An older fee document from a previous year referenced a clothing package; that item is not shown in the 2025/2026 fee documents.) Refund information - The published 2025/2026 tariff documents specify required deposits and annual fees payable at registration but do not publish a refund policy or rules for pro rata refunds within the tariff files. No explicit refund terms are listed in the fee schedules. Fee payment options (methods stated in school documentation) - A RIB (bank account details) must be provided at enrollment; this indicates bank transfer is a payment channel used for billing. No other individual payment channels (for example explicit credit-card acceptance) are specified in the published fee documents. Notes on calculations included above - Monthly tuition amounts are the figures published in the school's 2025/2026 fee documents; the annual totals and per-term totals above are calculated by multiplying the published monthly amount by ten months and by allocating months to three terms (Term 1 = 3 months; Term 2 = 3 months; Term 3 = 4 months) to align with the school calendar. These annual and per-term totals are presented to give clear per-term and per-year figures for parent planning. | Fee details Application fees - New registration (frais d'inscription) : EUR 200. - Participation au matériel scolaire (frais de matériel) : EUR 400. - Réinscription (pour l'année suivante) : 1st child EUR 450 (comprend participation au matériel), 2nd child EUR 400, 3rd child EUR 350. Tuition fees (by year group and option) - Scope: The school provides classes from baby/very young children in maternelle through primaire (CP–CM2). A single set of published tuition rates applies to the maternelle and primaire year groups. - Standard full-time tuition (all inclusive of school day, pedagogical materials, activities, meals and goûter): EUR 915 per month. This rate is shown for the full-time maternelle/primary programme. - Optional additions (monthly): - Mini‑club (Wednesdays): + EUR 60 per month. - Mini‑club (vacation weeks): + EUR 60 per month. - Mini‑club (Wednesdays + vacations): + EUR 120 per month (combined). - School bus (ramassage scolaire morning and evening): EUR 100 per month. - Late‑pick‑up penalty: EUR 10 per 5 minutes after 18:30. - Occasional Mini‑Club (single day): EUR 58 per day. - Annual and per‑term conversion (calculation based on the published monthly rate): - Annual tuition (standard full‑time) = EUR 915 × 10 monthly instalments = EUR 9,150 per academic year. The school treats the tuition price as annual and fixed and publishes payment as ten monthly instalments. - Per term amount (calculated from the annual price and the school's trimester change policy) = EUR 9,150 ÷ 3 = EUR 3,050 per term (this per‑term figure is a calculation from the published annual/monthly rates). Billing schedule and payment terms - The tuition price is annual and forfaitaire; it may be paid in full for the year or by ten monthly instalments. Instalments are payable before the 3rd of each month; the ten instalments structure is the published payment schedule. - Payment in full for the academic year paid before 15 September receives a 5% reduction on tuition. - Any direct‑debit (prélèvement) refusal generates bank fees which will be charged to the family; after two consecutive rejected prélèvements the school may suspend direct‑debit and require immediate settlement of the outstanding balance. Faute de règlement d'une seule mensualité, le contrat peut être résilié après mise en demeure. - Families not domiciled in the region must provide a non‑refundable initial payment equal to three months of tuition at the time of inscription. Boarding / residential fees - There are no boarding (internat/pension) provisions or boarding fees published for this school; the school operates day programmes (maternelle and primaire). Other costs and mandatory items - Uniform / tablier: A tablier (maternelle) and an uniform (primaire) are mandatory. Uniforms/tabliers must be ordered from the school's official supplier (SoFrenchSchool) by the published deadline. The dossier notes that uniform/tablier costs are charged through the supplier (price set by the supplier). - Material pack: the participation au matériel scolaire (EUR 400) is charged at registration. - Optional extracurriculars and support (examples): supervised study, extra support groups and certain activities carry additional charges (specific prices to be applied per activity); mini‑club and transport optional charges are published as above. Refund and cancellation rules - Registration fees (frais d'inscription) and most registration‑related charges are non‑refundable. The material participation fee can be refunded only if the registration is cancelled before the published cutoff date (annulation d'inscription before 15 April for the published schedule). - Tuition is treated as an annual fixed price; absences do not give rise to fee deductions. The only routine refund practice published is for school catering: when a child is absent for more than one week for medical reasons and a medical certificate is provided, the restaurant scolaire is reimbursed on a forfait basis at EUR 4 per missed meal. - In case of contract rupture or suspension, annual tuition remains due except in cases explicitly listed as exceptions (force majeure, long‑term illness or certain justified family moves). The school's contract contains a clause résolutoire detailing these conditions. Fee payment options - The school requests a Relevé d'Identité Bancaire (RIB) and offers SEPA direct‑debit authorization as a documented payment method. Cheque and cash are referenced as acceptable means to regularize unpaid invoices if a direct‑debit is rejected; bank charges for rejected prélèvements are passed to the family. These are the payment methods and procedures documented in the enrolment dossier. |
