Billing schedule and payment terms

- Uniforms: Uniforms are not included in tuition and must be purchased separately. Supplier details are provided for academic and athletic uniform purchases. Athletic uniform purchases can also be placed via the school's athletic‑uniform ordering platform.
- Optional lunches: Optional lunch services are additional to tuition.
- After‑school childcare: After‑school childcare is additional to tuition and is currently provided by an external provider; charges for after‑school care are billed separately.
- Technology and infrastructure fees: These mandatory fees are CAD 250 (technology) and CAD 300 (infrastructure) per student per year and are charged in addition to the tuition amounts shown above.
Refund information
- Tuition is non‑refundable once the school year begins and, generally, no refunds are given after payment of the deposit. Parents remain responsible for any outstanding payments according to the payment option selected. In exceptional circumstances the Head of School may request the Board Finance Committee to consider a partial refund or discontinuation of further payments.
